“Our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Meridian, MS, was a delightful surprise! The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, providing a welcome respite after a long day. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. One employee, in particular, went above and beyond when dealing with a flooded room situation (not our room😉). Despite having to work overtime, he maintained a positive attitude and handled the situation with professionalism. His good attitude and humor were truly appreciated. Even at checkout, the friendly demeanor continued. The front desk agent (Torian) interacted warmly with my niece, making her feel welcome and valued. These personal touches left a lasting impression and solidified my positive experience at the Hampton Inn. Overall, I recommend the Hampton Inn & Suites in Meridian. The clean accommodations, helpful staff, and welcoming atmosphere create a perfect stay for business or pleasure. The rooms were also updated. They made our visit for the passing of our uncle a lot more peaceful.”

“The on-site restaurant, fresh made coffee first thing in the morning and the step in shower were great features that I took advantage of. I appreciated being on the 5th floor as it ensured privacy and able to see surrounding businesses easily. All staff were warm and friendly. The room was really clean. The bed was comfortable.”

“I just recently booked a room at this hotel for a regional meeting. Looking at the outside, you would expect the surprise you receive once you walk in! You really get more than a surprise! This hotel is simply wonderful! The decor is beautiful and the design is perfect. The hotel has an indoor pool. The rooms are perfectly designed like apartment homes. You have all you need in one setup. The beds are comfortable. The water pressure is great and the water gets very hot! LOL The breakfast that they serve is above Par. It IS NOT your average cereal and milk bar. LASTLY, the staff is wonderful and the location is perfect! YOU definitely will not want to leave once you check in. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here again! 👍 Please do check out the photos!📸”

“Make sure your room isn’t facing the interstate. If not, you won’t be able to sleep due to the constant traffic of 55. But that actually wasn’t the biggest issue. I get into my room and use the thermostat on the wall and turn the heater on. Only problem is, the thermostat doesn’t work. Quick call to have maintenance come up and turn on the unit from the actual unit. Only problem, there is no thermostat on the unit. So it blows all night long. Imagine waking up in hell and just having to turn the unit off because AUTO doesn’t work and who can sleep with the heater blowing on one setting all night. After a long drive and even longer work day, it wasn’t worth the hassle to fight with the front desk about the problems but this hotel has been added to my never again list. As a Hilton Diamond member I am very disappointed.”

“Wow! That sums up our experience. To begin, the woman at the front desk, I wish I could remember her name, was incredibly friendly. Check-in was easy and pleasant. She was there when we left as well and was just as friendly as she was last night. When we walked into the hotel it smelled clean. It looked clean. It seemed peaceful. Our last two experiences in hotels were horrible even though we paid more than we did here. When we got to our floor, it looked and smelled clean. We opened the door to our room and it was obviously clean. This was also one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in at a hotel. This trip has redeemed my faith in hotels, and is exactly what I would expect for the price that I'm paying. If you're trying to decide whether to stay here or not, I think you will be very happy if you choose this hotel.”

”Absolutely had a wonderful stay, Chris was amazing during check-in, very polite, professional, and quick! Martha was outstanding and showed amazing hospitality! The breakfast was on point, fresh, the fruit was really fresh and the appearance was picturesque! The rooms were clean, sheets felt and smelled clean, only issue I had was the quality of the water but that is not Hilton or the staffs fault, that's just the city's end needing to condition the water but overall for the hotel I give it 10/10! Look forward to the next stay!”

”Nice clean place. But very Odd setup with no microwave or fridge in rooms. Hilton properties typically have all things needed for comfort. The Front Desk person offered those items for 20 additional bucks. Very silly. Will not consider staying here again for as much as I spent with the simple things not in the room. Also beware, the Policy states the staff will not enter your room unless requested. The cleaning person while appreciate clean towels broke policy. Was a very uncomfortable feeling.”
