“Very nice hotel on the coast at Cala Bona, helpful staff and good facilities. We stayed in a balcony room with a sea view. Comfortable beds, Aircon, and large shower room. The room also had its own fridge, kettle and TV with a good selection of channels. Entertainment provided by singers each night outside. Breakfast and dinner were included with our deal which was very good as the choice was excellent. Nice bar inside and out by the pool. There are beaches a few hundred metres walk either side of the hotel if you prefer. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the surrounding area.”

“Great location in the heart of Sant Antoni. Staff is great and available 24/7. Breakfast is good, there is a lot of choice, from sweeties to intercontinental savory (eggs, breads and etc). The hotel has a very nice pool just in front the main entrance where you can stay from the morning till the evening (8pm). Another great service is to have a shower when after check out, so you can enjoy the entire day! Price pretty fair”

“Extremely disappointed. This hotel has so much potential with its surroundings, architecture and location but unfortunately the heart of the hotel is missing. There wasn't anyone on front desk on arrival at a peak time of the day, the staff were clearly overworked. Our room was right next to staff quarters where they played the football loudly on TV, shouting at one another and smoking. On the last day of our stay they removed the buffet selection from the breakfast and we were not informed about the selection from the menu as it was just one staff member attending to all guests. The spa was extremely run down, gritty sand and dirty throughout. Drinking water was not available in the spa nor were there shampoo, condition or towels. We constantly had to ask as there were so many things lacking. It seems that the end of the season was a wrong time of year to go but if the staff are so worn out then there should be a significant discount on the price of stay. Overall a lack of hotel management and enthusiasm from all staff.”

“Overall a great stay. Hotel is beautifully decorated, baby friendly in that it has a lift (elevator) to every floor, provides cribs, has a shallow pool and has sun beds as well as sun loungers. It was easy to find parking on the streets nearby (early September) and you can walk to a number of great restaurants within 5-10 minutes. Cala marcal is only a 10-15 minute walk away too. Food and drink in the hotel was reasonably priced for the area. The only let downs were the beds which weren’t very comfortable, and the poke bowl lunch.”

“We are just back from a lovely week. We were lucky to be right beside the pool. Very roomy apartments, comfortable beds, hairdryer, towels. Nice & quiet. Communal washing machine & dryer. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Staff were very friendly & helpful. We ate twice in the restaurant and it was excellent. Great location, close to beach & supermarket. A nice walk to the center of Cala D'or. Perfect for families who want a quiet holiday. Would definitely recommend 😊👌”

“I had a wonderful 1 week at Es Pas. Right from the outset Nura and her team were very friendly and did everything possible to make our stay a great one. The breakfast is very good - plenty of choice including rolls, pastries and fruit you actually want to eat. The rooms were cleaned spotlessly every day. My room was compact (I deliberately chose a cheaper room) but cleverly maximised space. My brother and his family had a 2 bedroom apartment. The AC in my room was highly effective so I got a good night's sleep each and every night. It also helped me escape from the heat of the day on several occasions. The pool is lovely and also cleaned every day - there's plenty of sunbeds and even a shower. Location wise it's about 20mins walk or a few mins by car from Es Calo. There's several nice restaurants (Acapulco was our favourite - kind of like a refined surf shack) and a good little supermarket there. I would recommend either a car or a scooter so you can visit the rest of the island with ease.”

Cleaning service was fantastic as they were changing the towels and cleaning the floor every 2 days (and you could see that the communal areas were spotless despite being so close to the sea!).
