“My wife and I stayed 3 nights at Cap Vermell during our honeymoon trip around Mallorca. This was not only one of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed at, but the staff were some of the nicest people we met on our trip. The perfectly maintained property is quite large, so they have golf carts to shuttle you anywhere you need to go (including the country club). They took special care of us since it was our honeymoon and we couldn't be more thankful. If you're looking for a hotel with the best views, staff, food, and atmosphere - we highly recommend. We hope to return soon!”

“A truly exceptional hotel. The staff make guests feel like they are at home with their relatives.How the staff are welcoming goes beyond all limits, as generally in my opinion Spaniards working in hotels or gastronomy are just not nice, but in this hotel the staff are simply wonderful. I have never felt better. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The whole hotel smells lovely. Water and chocolates are brought to the room every day. It's mega nice. As far as the food is concerned, it is simply a world championship. There is a 3-course menu to choose from every night, fish, meat and vegetarian. Obled all of them. Plus a hot buffet ( live cooking) AND cold starters. A huge selection of delicious desserts and fruit. For dinner you have to order extra chargeable Drinks, but practically every evening an aperitif was served as a greeting. How the food tastes is a test piece. Breakfast ditches wonderful and delicious juices and coffees. Everything at the highest level. The hotel is very intimate, peace and quiet. Virtually 0 children in spite of a large playground, a playroom, and a nurse who took individual children so that parents could eat meals or just lie down. Something amazing. The only downside is that you have to pay extra for the sun loungers on the beach. I think that if you pay for a day 450e, the hotel could try to have their own, but by the pool they are free, so you can use them as much as you want, also change towels as often as you want and take as many as you want. Highly recommended.Thank you for a wonderful time.”

“The hotel was really comfortable and clean. The reception staff were really helpful. The main languages are German and Spanish, but the reception and some service staff in the dining hall spoke English. I went when it was probably quiet after Easter break for schools. The hotel is right on the beach. Your room card gives you access to the roof top pool and lounge areas and the spa and indoor pool. I really enjoyed having the pool to myself on a couple of days. All shops and restaurants are also right on the door step. Transport is great. The bus links along the coast are very efficient. Update: just visited with my son for autumn school break. It was great to have a different experience. And solidified my thoughts that there really is something for all the family. It's great to watch sunrises on the beach. Being a beach front location is a bonus.”

“Overall amazing stay here at Nobu Hotel Ibiza bay! First, I have to give kudos to sergio for the best check in process ever. Welcoming us with a drink and following it up with so many helpful tips for our stay. The room was perfect, the drinks were great and the room was great as well. I will say, some of the staff at the pool/bar could have a bit better attitude towards the guests. It was hard to get service at times, but I get it, stuff happens! I would definitely come back here still!”

“Fair in the 4 stars, lovely and clean with helpful staff. We were surprised to hear that you had to pay €12.50 each for an hour in the spa since the spa is included in the hotels name. Also you had to pay a €10 cash deposit for each beach towel you use. There was quite a bit of noise that woke us up from youths singing, arguing and chatting on the balcony but with a call to reception, they sorted it quickly. Overall a good stay 👍”

“The location of the hotel is great. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach and the pools are suitable for all ages. The animation team and the service were very nice and took care of everything, even if the service sometimes seemed a little disorganized. Food was ok. Negatives were unfortunately: - The coffee at breakfast (was really bad) - Breakfast was always the same which was a little boring after 10 days - with the exception of the Mexican night, the themes often didn't really fit the buffet (food was also often very similar) - Playground was really nice, but the playground equipment would have to be cleaned a bit better (especially the bouncy castle was a bit dirty) If it were possible I would give 4.5, but so it's more like 4.”

“Unfortunately, our five-day experience at the 7Pines Hotel in Ibiza was not as top-notch as we expected from a luxury hotel. The pool area, which despite the announced regulation should only be accessible to those aged 18 and over, was besieged by screaming children who jumped into the pool from every side and significantly disturbed the peace. The lifeguards appeared uninterested and preferred to concentrate on their cell phones instead of regulating the situation. The disappointment continued when we contacted management. Instead of responding appropriately to our complaint, we were treated condescendingly by the staff. In a hotel that has the title of “luxury hotel,” employees should be trained to handle criticism and respond respectfully. The grievances also extended to the breakfast area, which was more reminiscent of a canteen and did not meet the luxury standard we had expected. The staff proved chaotic and unfriendly, adding to the disappointment. Even freshly squeezed juices couldn't save the disappointing atmosphere. I only mention the juices because the hotel raves about them in every review. Every hotel now offers this! It is extremely unfortunate that the hotel makes no effort to satisfy the guest. This disappointing experience at the 7Pines Hotel Ibiza left us deeply disappointed and left such a negative impression that we left early and would not consider another visit. The deficiencies observed and the hotel's lack of response to our complaint were completely unacceptable to us. It would be desirable for the hotel to take urgent measures to improve its service and quality levels to meet the standards of a luxury hotel.”

“Absolutely brilliant hotel!! Everything was great. Spotlessly clean, and every single staff member was friendly, polite, and professional. The bar staff in particular, Airiana, Ruben, Rafa, Francisco, Alexandro, just to name a few, were awesome. They are a credit to the hotel, and we hope management realise how hard they work and how much they improve the guest's experience. This goes for every staff member! The pool area is very well maintained, with plenty of sunbeds to choose from. The food was excellent, with everything from soups, to salads, to fish, to chicken.....you will not go hungry, that's for sure! The bed was very comfortable, but it is a little loud at night due to the location. Our time here was so enjoyable, we were very sad to leave. Muchos gracias!!!”
