“The Sea Hotel by Grupotel exceeded all our expectations. The location, the room, and the sleeping conditions were perfect. The beach is literally just one step away from the restaurant's terrace, and the view is lovely. The hotel offers a lot of facilities, including a pool, Spa, gym and a very relaxing solarium, where one can get a perfect tan while enjoying at the same time the view over the beach and Ca'n Picafort Bay. The restaurant is flawlessly organized, and the lounge bar complements the drinks with live music every evening. But if I had to pick only one great thing about this hotel that made our holiday so enjoyable, I'd definitely choose the staff as we were really impressed by the genuine smiles, efficiency, politeness and proactive attitude of the personnel.”

“We had a great time at Inturotel Esmeralda! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Jorge who was so nice with us and who made us feel welcome. He really is the best and is a real asset for the hotel!!! The rooms are comfortable. The pools are very nice and quiet which is a real plus when you want to unwind and relax. The food is very good, there is something for everyone (variety). The homemade soups are excellent! The desserts however are average. The staff at the restaurant is amazing, so kind and accommodating. The location of the hotel is excellent with easy access to the beach and wonderful views from the pool by the beach or from the balcony of the room. The hotel is spotless and very well maintained. The staff is eager to please and always ready to help. We really appreciated the enforcement of the « no beach chairs reservation » rule! Some people think that putting their towel on a chair before opening hours grants them the privilege of having a chair reserved for them when they eventually show up sometimes 2 or 3 hours after!!! The staff is vigilant and we always found chairs at the pools thanks to them! But we must also mention that we were a bit taken aback by a phone call from reception on our first day asking us to remove our beach towel from the edge of the balcony cause it was forbidden and someone apparently told on us!!! This so called rule is not written anywhere and nobody told us anything on arrival! We took the phone call as an aggression and we really felt bad and not welcome at all. So much that we had to go to the reception and tell them how we felt. They apologized and felt sorry which helped us forget about this incident. Finally, it’s a good thing my wife is fluent in Spanish and that I am fluent in English for French is not the staff’s forte at all!!!! Even for the review on the hotel site , I only had the choice between Spanish, English and… German….! To conclude, we had a really great time and are very happy to have chosen this hotel ! “My wife and I stayed 3 nights at Cap Vermell during our honeymoon trip around Mallorca. This was not only one of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed at, but the staff were some of the nicest people we met on our trip. The perfectly maintained property is quite large, so they have golf carts to shuttle you anywhere you need to go (including the country club). They took special care of us since it was our honeymoon and we couldn't be more thankful. If you're looking for a hotel with the best views, staff, food, and atmosphere - we highly recommend. “Have just finished a 7 night stay here with my teenage daughter. The communal areas were spotless and well maintained. The pool area was beautiful and i made the most of the indoor hotub and sauna. I wish I could remember the names of key staff because it was the staff that made the holiday so great from the reception staff, to the lady that greeted us at ur meals each day, the barman who made the most amazing cocktails and the other staff that supported our stay. It was amazing! A couple of negatives. One of the pillows in our room had mould on and I did report it however the pillow was never changed, there weren't enough vegetarian options for the evening meals. I would still definitely stay again and most likely will visit again.”

The staff make guests feel like they are at home with their relatives.How the staff are welcoming goes beyond all limits, as generally in my opinion Spaniards working in hotels or gastronomy are just not nice, but in this hotel the staff are simply wonderful. I have never felt better. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The whole hotel smells lovely. Water and chocolates are brought to the room every day. It's mega nice. As far as the food is concerned, it is simply a world championship. There is a 3-course menu to choose from every night, fish, meat and vegetarian. Obled all of them. Plus a hot buffet ( live cooking) AND cold starters. A huge selection of delicious desserts and fruit. For dinner you have to order extra chargeable Drinks, but practically every evening an aperitif was served as a greeting. How the food tastes is a test piece. Breakfast ditches wonderful and delicious juices and coffees. Everything at the highest level. The hotel is very intimate, peace and quiet. Virtually 0 children in spite of a large playground, a playroom, and a nurse who took individual children so that parents could eat meals or just lie down. Something amazing. The only downside is that you have to pay extra for the sun loungers on the beach. I think that if you pay for a day 450e, the hotel could try to have their own, but by the pool they are free, so you can use them as much as you want, also change towels as often as you want and take as many as you want. Highly recommended.Thank you for a wonderful time.”

“The hotel was really comfortable and clean. The reception staff were really helpful. The main languages are German and Spanish, but the reception and some service staff in the dining hall spoke English. I went when it was probably quiet after Easter break for schools. The hotel is right on the beach. Your room card gives you access to the roof top pool and lounge areas and the spa and indoor pool. I really enjoyed having the pool to myself on a couple of days. All shops and restaurants are also right on the door step. Transport is great. The bus links along the coast are very efficient. Update: just visited with my son for autumn school break. It was great to have a different experience. And solidified my thoughts that there really is something for all the family. It's great to watch sunrises on the beach. Being a beach front location is a bonus.”

“Overall amazing stay here at Nobu Hotel Ibiza bay! First, I have to give kudos to sergio for the best check in process ever. Welcoming us with a drink and following it up with so many helpful tips for our stay. The room was perfect, the drinks were great and the room was great as well. I will say, some of the staff at the pool/bar could have a bit better attitude towards the guests. It was hard to get service at times, but I get it, stuff happens! “Fair in the 4 stars, lovely and clean with helpful staff. We were surprised to hear that you had to pay €12.50 each for an hour in the spa since the spa is included in the hotels name. Also you had to pay a €10 cash deposit for each beach towel you use. There was quite a bit of noise that woke us up from youths singing, arguing and chatting on the balcony but with a call to reception, they sorted it quickly. Overall a good stay 👍”
