“The place is really good and we plan to come back. Everything is super clean and organized, we had a great time. Ivan and Rudy have an amazing energy leading the entertainment, it is impossible to get bored, especially after they know your name. Maria is supper sweet and takes care of the kids, with a lot of activities and some snacks. Alba and Rafa are the best in the buffet area. There are three things I would point out, there is no mineral water in the hotel, only in a machine in the reception and it is supper overpriced. The accessibility is terrible. If you need a stroller you will need to carry it off the 72 stairs between the rooms and pool sometimes during the day, and more if you want to go to the beach. The most disappointing is that there is a ramp between restaurant and the pool, and another one that connect the first floor where our room was, and it was only told us two days before we leave. If you are in the second or third floor, there is no ramp to it. The third thing is that my room was right above the bar where they have shows and games every night, I was with a 4 month baby, informed in advance, and I had to call the reception almost everyday asking to lower the volume, something that could simple be fixed if they took care of putting families with babies in the rooms a bit far from the bar, knowing that it is not possible to join to shows starting at 10PM. Overall it was a great stay, and as I said, we plan to come back!”

“We've been coming here for years. So let me start off with saying the staff is excellent. You feel very welcome during your whole stay. The location is perfect (for us). It has a good size pool and gym. Drinks & food at the bars and restaurant are sufficient (altho day in, day out it's the same breakfast 🤢🤐). But....this year the housekeeping was so bad. Toilet wasn't proper cleaned all week, no new bedding, floors were wiped maybe twice. Everywhere I looked there was dust and fingerprints and all. Even saw a cockroach in my room the last day! This hotel was always good value for your money. Meaning no super luxury, but basics were perfect and cleaning was good enough. I told the lady at the desk day before we left I wasn't pleased with the housekeeping. She offered to clean my room. But because I was leaving next day and because 1 cleaning probably wouldn't solve the problem (it's a housekeeping problem throughout the whole complex) I told her to let it go. I just wanted to mention it, I was disappointed. She couldn't give me a clear reason why the housekeeping was like this (and I still had to pay €60+ for a late checkout 🤐). So...again I think this staff is great. But if we want to come back next time management need to make changes to the breakfast and especially the housekeeping.🙏”

“Just the best, food brilliant, location brilliant, staff brilliant, cleanliness brilliant, rooms brilliant some say dated but they are not it is just waiting for brown furniture to come back into fashion. Hotel is located next to the beach near a bus stop 10 minutes walk to town. Bar is ok and bar snacks great value for money. Greeted by the ever smiling Eva on day one and left with a handshake and a wish of safe journey by the night man on the way home. Started great and finished great just a great place to stay.”

“First of all kudos to all the staff who has been always very friendly and kind. On the other hand the hotel is really quite old and really needs renovating. The shower was not really working properly and was unable to keep the right temperature for more than 3 minutes. The hotel is really in the middle of nowhere and Palma and the airport are around 60 km away. Nice pool and Wi-Fi working very well on the positive side. I've been on the island several times before and would not choose such a far location again”

“Our stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were tastefully decorated and offered a breathtaking view that thrilled us each morning. The pool area was a true delight, featuring a beautiful pool that invited us to relax and refresh. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, and the hotel's restaurant offered excellent dishes at a fair price. One thing that could be improved was the shower - a rainfall shower would have been the icing on the cake. Nevertheless, our overall stay was wonderful, and we're looking forward to visiting the hotel again!”
