Welcoming us with a drink and following it up with so many helpful tips for our stay. The room was perfect, the drinks were great and the room was great as well. I will say, some of the staff at the pool/bar could have a bit better attitude towards the guests. It was hard to get service at times, but I get it, stuff happens! I would definitely come back here still!”

I agree with the comment about the drink prices which are quite favourable. If I was to make a constructive comment it would be that the restaurant food is lacking somewhat, and boring, the vegetables are always so over cooked! The Carvery needs to be available throughout the second sitting. and not on a first come first served basis.”

“We had a stay of 11 nights at Tagomago Hotel in Ibiza. The room service deserves commendation for its efficiency, providing daily laundry changes and room cleaning. The breakfast buffet was a delight with a generous assortment of both sweet and savory items, with the added bonus of lactose-free milk for those with dietary restrictions. The reception staff deserves praise too, they were helpful right from day one, assisting us with a luggage issue, and even providing a solution for storing our suitcases on the day we were leaving along with a bathroom to freshen up. The outdoor area of the hotel was quite inviting and exceptionally pleasant. However, some improvements are needed. For instance, the water tasted salty as it was essentially sea water that had been desalinated. There were also noticeable issues with the cleanliness of the bed sheets; they bore signs of inadequate washing and remnants from prior guests. Moreover, the absence of a fridge in the rooms was inconvenient, as it made it impossible to keep water cool for nighttime consumption. For a nightly rate of 250 euros, the hotel should be expected to address these minor flaws and enhance the overall quality of service. Despite these areas of concern, the staff and service were very good. However, a bit more attention to detail would go a long way in ensuring a perfect stay.”
