“We were delighted with this two-star hotel. It's two buildings, one with a view over the sea/creek inlet. Spotlessly clean; staff were helpful and friendly; room with a stunning view and sounds of the sea during the night. Equipped with a small fridge, air conditioning and comfortable mattresses. Bedroom was cleaned every day and towels changed every other day. A fantastic deal with a buffet breakfast which is generous and healthy, on the terrace or inside if it's raining. I would return.”

“Rooms were good size, bath with shower overhead. Kept clean daily. Towels every second day unless you requested fresh ones. Service was generally good. Pool bar short staffed one day. David provided entertainment during day and night keeping adults and kids amused. He introduced entertainment acts at night after bingo and these were of a high standard. Food for 3 star hotel was really good better than I've had in 5 star hotels. Great choices for all tastes and diets. Hotel sits right on a beautiful, safe beach which also has lifeguard. Great holiday overall.”

“We had such an amazing trip to Majorca staying in this amazing hotel. From the moment we arrived, staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect, with an amazing view of the sea from our balcony. Everywhere was clean and tidy, and of a high quality. The all inclusive food was very good and had so many options to choose from every day, especially as a vegetarian. All staff were kind, helpful and smiley, making it such a nice experience. The facilities were amazing and had no problems, no matter what time of day, of getting a sun bed around the pool. Location was perfect, a 30 second walk down to the water and only a 15 minute walk into Cala Ratjada. I would recommend this hotel so much and would love to come back!!”

“Don’t usually leave reviews but we had to for the AMAZING staff! From arriving to checking out the experience was made magically because of all the incredible staff. As a young family on our first holiday we were made to feel so welcome and safe. A few points if you’re reading this as a young family looking for the right hotel! - We booked the suite as our daughter is 9 months and sleeps in her own room so we were able to pull the doors closed for her to sleep in the lounge area - we use MAM bottles and dummy’s. We took them down to breakfast with us and the staff microwaved them to sterilise - The hotel is right opposite a pharmacy and supermarket so you can get any extras/urgent things you need - Breakfast has loads of weaning friendly bits and baby chairs with trays so you can put bits out for them if your babies are feeding themselves - Whilst the hotel is family friendly there is no ‘child’ area around the pool etc. Our baby is very chilled but if your baby isn’t or is older and wants to jump and play in pools etc I wouldn’t recommend the pool area as there are adult couples etc chilling”

“Ace hotel and the staff are really wonderful. Great rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds and pillows. Bathrooms very good too. I only gave 4* for rooms due to a particularly British foible! Lack of tea making facility! 🤣 Coffee machine only but staff did bring tea up if you asked - how fab is that! The location is ideal and we loved our 5 nights there. Would definitely stay again. 👏”

“Just arrived yesterday - UPDATE - Back Home now, The staff are amazing, the water, the bathrooms excellent. The beds are excellent, Space is an issue in the rooms (but who came to just stay in the room, it is functional and what it is provided is up to the job. The food is really good. Breakfast Excellent, bar food at lunch excellent and the main lunch and evening meals were fine, I loved the salads and veggies on offer, not to everyone's taste, but overall cannot fault the food and choices. So near the beach what is not to like. The staff make this place and it means a lot to the experience - high 5 to the bar staff :-) and thank you all @ Lord Nelson, we will be back :-)”

“we stayed here for a short weekend, online shows this place as a 1* hostel but is far from it in my opinion. the rooms were clean and tidy and serviced every day. they have a nice reception,pool/bar and sun terrace.Orlando the pool bar attendant is amazingly friendly and attentive. there is a cafe style restaurant attached and the food is very well done. we would stay again”

“+Positive: The room was not small there was space for your suitcases. The bathroom was also big. The people running the hotel were friendly and nice. Breakfast was very good with many options ! The room was very clean when we got there. - one of the negatives were that we stayed for 4 nights and they did not change our towels, i have the feeling that they were not cleaning also, just making the beds. Now i am gonna go into details, they also did not bring toiler paper at the 3 rd day that it was already finishing, we actually run out of toiler paper for the 4 rth day.”
