“Stayed at this hotel October 2023 and we were welcomed in by reception. Upon arrival to our room within 20 mins reception called us and asked to if everything was OK and if we needed anything. A very nice touch in my opinion. The hotel is situated minutes from plentiful restaurants and shops. The beach is a cove and fabulous to swin in after your sun bathing. We stayed half board to give us more options for our lunch. Rooms very nice, safe box, aircon and tea and coffee facilities. Rooms are very clean and cleaned daily to a high standard. Breakfast was buffet style with ample choice. Evening meal was the same and the only complaint I can say is that the food was slightly cold other than this everything was fine. Staff very friendly and happy to assist. Plenty of areas around the hotel to relax and chill out. We will definitely return to this hotel without a doubt.”

“I have to admit, I wasn't expecting much from Hotel Pacha, but wow, did it impress! First off, the location's a winner, just a quick 10-minute walk to town and the port. Now, let's talk about the staff. They're incredible – friendly, professional, and super helpful. We felt right at home and safe staying there. Free entry to the Pacha club every night, with each night topping the last. The concierge went out of his way to help us with our bookings, and the breakfast was spot on – simple, yet tasty and filling. We even got free drinks from one of the waitresses! Our rooms? Always clean, and they kept water and champagne ready in the lobby for everyone. Just a heads up, the rooms seem to be designed more for couples, what with the see-through showers. And yeah, we could hear some noise from our balcony, but honestly, that didn't bother us much. Other than that, I really can't find anything negative to say. If you're thinking of staying at Hotel Pacha, go for it – it's a gem”

“This is deffinately the best hotel we experience during our three weeks' holiday on the island of Mallorca. From the moment you step through the entrance door you feel at home. There are rooms overlooking the restaurant or pool and rooms facing the little garden, the road down to the beach and the pine forest opposite. Rooms a nicly decorated, the beds very comfortable, lovely balcony with a table/chairs and drying rack. The bathroom was spacious with bath/shower and even a bidet (loving it!). There was never a problem to get a sunbed at the pool, so no need to reserve one with your towel before breakfast. There is a small beach just a couple of walking minutes away from the hotel which is very crowded during high season and on weekends. The hotel is located a liitle bit outside of Cala Ratjada, so very quiet. There is a lovely promenade starting at the beach leading to the town. The service by Maria, Antonia, Tania and their colleagues and the wonderful variety of food at breakfat and dinner (thank you chef!) were a highlight of our stay. Big thank you to all the staff at Hotel Cala Gat for making our stay such a special one. Can't wait to be back!”

“Six senses Ibiza unfortunately falls flat when it comes to service and in general does not feel welcoming at all. This should be noted first and foremost. The check in process is at best lacking at worst stressful and unwelcoming. We were not offered drinks, had to wait in the lobby and had staff stare at us uncomfortably with no verbal communication. The hotel itself is modestly decorated in regular bohemian style with luxury touches, overall looks decent. Views are outstanding, great ocean/cliff/forest scenery. Room was very comfortable (we stayed at sea view premium suite). Sea cave restaurant food wise was pretty good although not perfect. Service was hectic and inattentive. Pool service is non existent, insulting being thirsty and unable to get water at a luxury hotel pool. Not to mention cocktails or food. Spa had great facilities and was very comfortable. The pool is insanely cold. Overall is not a true six senses resort at the moment and is massively overpriced. I hope it gets better in the future.”

“We had a fabulous time here, the photos don't do it justice. Such a cool place, the vibes are immaculate 😎 Staff are super friendly, dj at the pool every afternoon and food is gorgeous. Only criticism is the pool and kitchen close early. No food past 430pm and pool closes at 7pm. You just want to sit there all day and soak it up! Rooms at kitted out with bluetooth Marshall speakers, so there is no need to bring your own. No soap in the bathrooms, just shower gel. Don't miss Kumharas right next door for the most amazing sunsets. Get there by 630 to secure a good table!”

“We stayed in annexe which was a few yards down the road. Room was nice had 2 balcony’s and walk in shower. Not as clean as we would have liked plus no fridge or drink facilities. This was an all inclusive holiday but there minimum selection at bar and the food didn’t leave anything to be desired. Staff where so miserable plus the pool was disgusting. After years and years of travelling this as got to be the worse hotel I stayed in. I feel sad I’m writing this review but honestly the whole hotel needs a update”

“We had booked a presidential sweet and were very happy with the size and Ibiza laid back decor which was the same throughout the whole hotel. Views were incredible from the huge terrace with access from the living room and both bedrooms. Spectacular sunset was guaranteed from the roof top with infinity swimming pool (adults only) and cocktail bar. Cleaning crew was very nice and always happy to fit to our daily plans (special credits to Ámparo). All staff was very polite and kind of "relaxed", in a good way. Downsides: the hotel doesn't have beach infront of it, you need to walk or drive to beaches nearby. The area is quite residential and you will need a car if you want to see something. Supermarkets are very close though so grocery shopping is not a problem. Apartments are lacking bathrobes and slippers. All together fantastic accommodation, we were very happy with our 1 week stay there.”

Every day some problem in the room - missing toilet paper, not functional sink, missing shower gel the very first day of our stay. We were so sooo disappointed.”

“Room service steals! During breakfast, the cleaning lady stole all the money from my and my husband's wallet (about 400 euros). The hotel did nothing about it, they only offered 2 free cocktails at the bar which is ridiculous! We reported the matter to the police and local authorities. In addition, the hotel was dirty: we found foreign long black hairs in the sheets and towels. Very unhealthy food: fatty and salty, made from the lowest quality ingredients. Cocktails at the bar are a massacre.... Bar nights don't exist: an empty pool, no one there but a yawning barmaid. Mallorca is beautiful but we wasted our whole holiday with this hotel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. DON'T GO THERE. WASTE OF MONEY! We feel cheated and left without any help.”

“The view is wonderful, the perfect mornings where you can drink your coffee in complete peace and with a dreamy landscape from the room's terrace. The rooms are modest, but clean. The restaurant prices are quite high, but the accommodation prices are very decent. What can be improved: The insulation of the room was very poor and the cleaning ladies were talking loudly every morning. The bathroom could be renovated. The check-in procedure is quite difficult. I would love to come back to this place.”
