“The hotel was really comfortable and clean. The reception staff were really helpful. The main languages are German and Spanish, but the reception and some service staff in the dining hall spoke English. I went when it was probably quiet after Easter break for schools. The hotel is right on the beach. Your room card gives you access to the roof top pool and lounge areas and the spa and indoor pool. I really enjoyed having the pool to myself on a couple of days. All shops and restaurants are also right on the door step. Transport is great. The bus links along the coast are very efficient. Update: just visited with my son for autumn school break. It was great to have a different experience. And solidified my thoughts that there really is something for all the family. It's great to watch sunrises on the beach. Being a beach front location is a bonus.”

“The hotel staff were so incredibly professional, down to earth an welcoming...Fernando was stand out as he was very funny too. Facilities, food and entertainment were all great and my family had a wonderful time here. The food was great with lunch and dinner changing each night to stop you from getting bored of the selection. There was a huge variety to choose from which was great. Different entertainment was on every night, it could benefit with something for kids though as the evening acts were a little brief. The poolside was lovely, spacious, clean and safe. Also in close proximity of the bar which is always an added bonus. Our room was a little on the small side and a bit dated in appearance. They do require a little maintenance, bathroom handle fell off, crack in the ceiling and poor air conditioning. However the beds were perfectly comfortable and the TV was 43 inches as opposed to the usual 32 I find in standard room, good selection of channels too. The bathroom looks to have had a refurb in recent years as this looked much better than the bedroom. Its also very close to the beach, less than 5 minutes by foot and surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants. This is a fantastic place for families and elderly, great area too. I'd certainly recommend the hotel and would stay here again should I visit the area. Thank you to the wonderful staff.”

“The food needs more seasoning, we got a fish that was still frozen on the inside and hair in the food. Wifi and power outages seem to be common. The pool is nice but everyone around it is chainsmoking without a care for others and there are not enough seats for all of the guests. The focus is on german guests and everyone speaks german. Not quite the spanish experience we've expected. Not recommended.”

“The rooms, service, and location were all on point. I would give 5/5. The room was clean and maintained. We had 5 days with breakfast, and I would say the breakfast was also quite okay. It was like 'what you get what you pay', not bad at all. The pool was also quite good, cocktails were really delicious and food was also great. It was a bit annoying that people were extremely loud, but I can't complain as the area is for mostly partying and people get drunk. The hotel was 10 mins walk to Mega park and 5-7min was to Beer Qunig. It was at the great location. I would recommend you to stay at this hotel.”

Every question was answered nicely without any problems. Room nice and clean. Cleaning service is also super. 2 minuses were , that the refrigerator in our room was not cooling as it should. But it wasn't anything terrible so we didn't even address it. And the second was that you could hear the noise from the air conditioner from somewhere in the next room , probably the guests forgot to turn it off because it was going nonstop. It would still be great if the hotel would add some night/early evening program for the guests. As we walked around town every hotel had it only ours unfortunately did not. It was a shame. As for the breakfasts they were perfect a wide selection of food there is nothing to fault. The service was lovely. We would be happy to come back here again.”

“We did not enjoy our stay at this hotel (July 2023). The staff are really friendly and the room was clean - the only good things about this place. The biggest problems were the temperatures and air humidity - which is not to blame on the hotel itself, but the only air conditioning was in the rooms and a little bit in the reception, with only 3 sofas available. We could not hide or have a rest from the heat anywhere, but our room. One could have a swim in the pool, but because of air humidity you did not feel cooled for long after getting out of water. Seems like a strange complain, but we do have experience with other countries/hotels, even with the temperatures above 40°C, but it was never so unbearable and overlooked as here. Never. The restaurant was not air conditioned, where one can usually get some rest and hide from the heat, while enjoying a meal. Here it was impossible as the 28°C at 78% humidity was very uncomfortable. We had to rush through our meals just to be able to go back into water as quickly as possible. We tried to eat only cold fruits and vegetables, just to ensure some cooling effect, but it didn’t really help – you still feel way too hot and very sticky, even sitting still. Food was not impressive –in quality, the available options and serving times. You could get something to eat from 8.00AM till 8.00PM. After that, if you’d like to party longer with some friends – forget about it. Freshly grilled meat was, apart from 1 occasion, very tough and dry – even meat on a bone. I did not know it was possible to grill fresh meat like that – we could use it as shoes. The plates AND the cutlery is very often dirty and has leftovers on it. (Teaspoons, bowls and plates – better take a good look, or you will be sharing your meal with the previous guest) Soups were okay, pizzas as well. Shrimps made our friends sick on the leaving day. (anecdotal) Swimming pool is fine – though the fake grass gets hot and the water tubes hidden underneath are sticking out, which makes it unpleasant to walk barefoot. Opening hours are only from 8:00am in the morning until 6:00pm. After that you won’t be able to cool yourself off, without hiding in your room, which is NOT what we booked our vacation for. Cold drinks help only somewhat, the alcohol makes you warm from the inside, which only makes things worse… it was bad. Indoor swimming pool was shut. You won’t get a coffee before 8.00 in the morning, as the restaurant is closed. Some guests must have complained, as on a couple of last days the coffee machine was available from 7:30am. But then you could get a brew at a pool bar right until midnight, but who drinks it so late? Why not make one coffee machine simply available somewhere all the time? You have already saved some money on air conditioning and dishwasher tablets, so at least let the guests have some coffee, if they are early birds. jesus, you’re in the hospitality business guys… Evening shows were “meh” (…as the staff is _o-v-e-r-w-o-r-k-e-d_: same people run aerobics, sports/fitness, kids club, sauna, entertainment and evening shows – including miming to original songs) but that doesn’t matter, as watching them was anyway tiresome because of the heat. The dancers/mimes were sweating and barely holding up – as did we, though we were only sitting in the not air conditioned lobby. It was a joke. We’ve made some new friends but our socializing was cut short, as they did not enjoy the heat in the lobby and we could not find a cool place to have our drinks together. Where were we supposed to go? To our rooms? Even a simple fans would make things more bearable. But no… why would you offer something like that? It’s not like we have paid to have some pleasant vacation. Day after we actually went to an outside restaurant to socialize with them and to have some decent food. Thanks, Illiot. Well done. You should be proud. The Island is beautiful and the people we’ve met were fun and friendly. BUT It was a mistake and a waste of money to choose this hotel. Mallorca will see us again, but not Illiot.”

“We loved our time at Hoposa hotel. We enjoyed the free parking nearby though sometimes the gate was slow to open. The staff was friendly and the balcony sunrise views were incredible. We stayed in the jr suite and it was perfectly sized though the couch wasn’t the most comfortable, we didn’t use the space much. The beds (twin, pushed together) were solid and didn’t come apart. The AC was great once we figured it out and we didn’t have much of a noise issue since we were at the end of the hall. We loved the free laundry and enjoyed the patio drinks! The location is perfect for a quick beach trip across the street and walkable into town. I would stay here again and be sure to get a balcony room just for the added space to avoid feeling cramped and of course the views.”

“Small rooms*smaller than kn the pictures*but still nice. Clean and tidy. Walls between rooms are so thin and if you laugh a bit louder you can hear it another room. Adults only is a huge plus. Service is great and breakfast seems amazing. Vicinity of the airport is a minus as you can hear all departures which is not bad for aviation enthusiasts and aviation lovers which is also related to the balcony view. They are maybe a tad dated and don’t come with a bunch of shampoos and conditioners like some luxury hotels. They provided towels for the beach which was really helpful, however. Coffee could be better and air conditioner has bright light which is slightly disrupting when you are trying to sleep.”
