Carrer Boulevard d'Or, 13, 07660 Cala D'or, Illes Balears, Spain

“The best hotel I stayed in Mallorca!! Totally renovated, new rooms, good bed, amazing shower, fully controlled air conditioning, and a wonderful breakfast! ah, the location is just perfect. The only detail is that it doesn't have a parking lot, so you might have to drive around a bit to find a spot in the nearby streets.”

Carrer de la Soledat, 38, 07820 Sant Antoni de Portmany, Illes Balears, Spain

“we stayed here for a short weekend, online shows this place as a 1* hostel but is far from it in my opinion. the rooms were clean and tidy and serviced every day. they have a nice reception,pool/bar and sun terrace.Orlando the pool bar attendant is amazingly friendly and attentive. there is a cafe style restaurant attached and the food is very well done. we would stay again”

Passeig ses Pitiüses, s/n, 07800 Eivissa, Illes Balears, Spain

“Looks can be deceiving. What appears on the surface to be a prime beachfront location is, in reality, a sweaty mess. A throwback to staying in Ibiza during the 1990's. Air conditioning only became something of a normality in Ibiza circa 2008 onwards, so it's a given, especially during peak season, to expect the facility as much as you'd expect running water, a bed & a door that locks. Unfortunately for me, I was placed on the first floor rear, no balcony, only unsecure windows that opened straight onto a rooftop patio, and an electric fan. I kid you not, a stand-up electric fan straight out of the 90's bygone era. We all yearn to return to the highs of peak Ibiza, but this was a core memory I had no desire to unlock. Fortunately, I only had to spend one hellishly hot sleepless night in my sweatbox with no ability to gain any respite from the rear windows in my room as anyone could have quite literally stepped through them while I was sleeping. Of course, you get what you pay for in life, but £130+ for a room without air conditioning in 30° degree heat in this day and age is unforgivable. Two stars for the location alone. I'd have happily rated it 4 Star with the basic addition of air conditioning irrespective of the otherwise basic facilities.”

Carrer del Gran i General Consell, 47, 07600 S'Arenal, Illes Balears, Spain

“Room service steals! During breakfast, the cleaning lady stole all the money from my and my husband's wallet (about 400 euros). The hotel did nothing about it, they only offered 2 free cocktails at the bar which is ridiculous! We reported the matter to the police and local authorities. In addition, the hotel was dirty: we found foreign long black hairs in the sheets and towels. Very unhealthy food: fatty and salty, made from the lowest quality ingredients. Cocktails at the bar are a massacre.... Bar nights don't exist: an empty pool, no one there but a yawning barmaid. Mallorca is beautiful but we wasted our whole holiday with this hotel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. DON'T GO THERE. WASTE OF MONEY! We feel cheated and left without any help.”
