“I have never seen such arrogance and lack of education on the part of those responsible for this restaurant...be careful if you call to cancel a reservation because even if they assure you that there is no problem, they will charge you 10 euros for each diner and even if it is a totally justified cancellation They are not going to give them back to you and if you find the manager you will know what it means to go overboard... no matter how full a restaurant is, you cannot act like that...”

“I went with a friend to this restaurant. She ate spaghetti aglio olio and I ordered some tapas. The first impression was fine, the restaurant was quite well booked therefore we had to wait a bit till we got our drinks etc. When we got our food I realized (more to the end) that my gratinated goat cheese I ordered had a black hair stuck on the side, seems like it was grilled together with the cheese. To mention here is also that me and my friend have light brown\ brown hair (on our face and our head :) ). Can happen but we were already done with our food at least 40 minutes and no waiter in sight. When I our waitress came and I told her my founding she took my plate without any comment and walked to the kitchen. Once she came back she just told me that she ordered a new plate for me. Since we were already done and my hunger also left I told her I don‘t want a new plate. She seemed quite unhappy and then told us something quite undefinable and walked away. As a customer I felt very uncomfortable with her reaction, sometimes a quick apology from the kitchen and a smile can fix a bad vibe. When we ordered the bill we waited another 20 minutes, she took the goat cheese from the bill which we appreciated of course. The restaurant is nice but I you‘re looking for good hospitality this might be the wrong place.”

“Worst Café in town. We cam in to have a look if we like the atmosphere and the stuff immediately was really rude in Spanish. Didn’t bothered when we ask nicely if he can repeat in englisch. In our honest opinion we would not recommend it at all just from the 3 minutes of contact with the stuff from this bad Cafe”

“Our meal here was our favorite of the trip. We were really excited to try Spanish/Asian fusion cuisine and had a truly wonderful experience! We got the tuna tataki, zucchini flower, soft shell crab, grilled octopus, and the mango gazpacho. The flavors in each dish were distinct, and they developed and blended together in a subtle and sophisticated way. We sat at the bar, so we got to watch Chef Marcos and his team in action. He was curious to hear our thoughts on the food, and we enjoyed chatting with him. The staff were all very attentive and kind. It was an amazing dinner that made our stay even more special. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a unique and memorable dining experience!”

The spanish are not typically known to be quite so being surrounded by 4 loud tables made a conversation between the two of us quite difficult. This is not entirely the fault of the restaurant but a bit more space between tables could do wonders for a better dining experience.”

“The mixed tapas plate was inexpensive, 14.5€ pp. They were just OK, nothing amazing. The bread and ham were the best. Service was very slow, it was very busy, understood, but the guy seemed like he’d rather be anywhere else. Needed reminders, forgot several orders and failed to tell us it was cash only till after we finished the meal. The electricity kept going on and off. Ecclectic atmosphere and good location. Restaurante Tinto was a better experience last night.”

“The outdoor spaces, pools and little retreats were amazing for kicking back and reading a book! The room was great, really big and AC was a godsend. We stayed here for Honeymoon, the staff left us a welcome bottle of bubbly and were all really friendly throughout our stay. Arta was the perfect base to explore the surrounding towns and coast, and Arta itself was great for evening strolls and meals out. We'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a quiet trip, away from the hustle and bustle of tourist hot spots.”
