“I was told I needed to try some Basque food for my first time in Boise and this came up as a top place! The seating was kind of crowded but honestly the bartenders were great and they did a great job to accommodate. I ordered the lamb grinder spicy and it did not disappoint. The croquettes were recommended to me as well and they were great. Regardless, I would definitely eat here again and highly recommend this place as a nice and casual eatery.”

We also enjoyed an order of wild mushroom ravioli. The sauce was great and it was just the right sized portion. The service really was the shining star here! My diet Coke was refilled before I even realized I had drank it far enough down to need a refill. They kept us supplied with plenty of water and frequently but not irritatingly visited the table to see if there was anything that they could help us with.”

“Yes, its one of the few businesses in this empty town to eat or get sweets but…. There is no excuse for a place that is absolutely filthy dirty with floors that haven’t been cleaned in years or ever! There is grime on every floor surface, dirt and grease on the walls behind a dirty skillet, food waste on the floors between cabinets etc. I have been in twice with friends and each time, it seems dirtier. Even the air vents have black dirt all over them. The owner is s nice guy who clearly has lost his eyesight. Just because you’re one of the few businesses open that serves food in that town doesn’t mean the public should be subjected to this filth.”

“Diggs Pizza is located at 4646 S. Cole Rd. in Boise at The Indian Lakes Shops, near the corner of S. Cole and W. Amity. Diggs Pizza aka “Boise’s Little Hidden Gem” is a family owned business that has been making pizza for 20+ years. They make their own dough and sauce, and real mozzarella cheese. They use only fresh vegetables that they chop/dice/cut daily for their toppings, salads, and grinders. They have an extensive menu that includes signature pizzas, Keto bowls, Calzones, Grinders, Salads, Sides, and Desserts. They also have a new Sicilian pizza on the menu with Square cut slices. I visited Diggs Pizza for the first time on 8/23/23. I had other plans for dinner that night, but when I drove by it, I quickly pulled into the gas station next-door and turned around because this is a place I’ve been wanting to check out for several years. The inside of the store is a small L shape with four tables for indoor dining. Diggs offers free delivery for orders of $12 and up. The vibe was the pizza equivalent of Cheers! Friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I ordered a small (10“) - The Standard - Pepperoni and Black Olives ($11.56) and a Large Garden Salad - Crisp Lettuce, Fresh Mushrooms, Onions, Black Olives, Green Peppers and Fresh Tomato with your choice of dressing ($5.25). They serve Hellmann’s salad dressing.  I really liked the pizza. It had the slightly yeasty odor of freshly made dough, and a nice chew. The housemade pizza sauce was savory and had good flavor.  There was a good amount of toppings, and it was cheesy.  The salad was very fresh and HUGE! I didn’t care for the Hellmann’s salad dressing, but I don’t care for most premade salad dressings. Most people give Hellmann’s salad dressings high ratings. The small pizza made three meals for me and reheated well in the oven. Although I visited during a busy time of day, my order was ready quickly. The service was excellent! Diggs has an extensive menu. Diggs uses fresh ingredients and real cheese. Diggs is one of the few local pizza businesses that makes their own dough and sauce, as well as hand tosses their pizzas. Diggs also provides good value for your money. Highly Recommended!!!”

“Been a minute since we frequented Slice and decided to take the whole family and give it another go. Did not disappoint. Despite being obviously short handed and the understandable wait that comes with it, the service was excellent and the food was nothing short of perfect. Tonight the kids had Cheese Flatbreads, well priced and good portion. Next time I will have the kids split one order even though the left overs were excellent the next day too. The adults started with the Spinach artichoke dip bread bowl and the peanut butter martini. Neither disappointed and the martini was sweet but not over the top so it went down smooth and the presentation was pleasing. For the dinner we did the meathead calzone and the pear gorganzola pizza. The meathead calzone was cooked to perfection and tasted great. But the winner of the show was the pear gorganzola pizza. Light, airy crust with an olive oil base topped with arugula, pears, thin sliced prosciutto, and drizzled hot honey it hit everything the palate could have craved. Left myself and my company craving more. Pricing was good for the quality of food and the atmosphere was nice for a relaxing dinner with the family. Definitely reccomend. Especially if you want to try any of their other excellent food choices.”
