“Golf course is in excellent condition for the amount of play that it gets. It is an easy walk in the park. Lots of space around the clubhouse to enjoy lunch or cold drinks. Large deck to accommodate your group. Practice facility is very good, hit balls off natural grass, and putting green gives you a great feel for the course. Just a real fun golf course with tees for all skill and age groups.”

“Jerome country club is in really good shape. The front 9 is fairly easy and flat 9 holes that are stacked on-top of each other, so a lot of forgiveness off the tee. A few hazards with a creek running through the par 3 & 5. The back 9 is completely different than the front. It runs through homes giving a unique challenge off the tee's. Not as forgiving for the players than the front. I would highly recommend playing this course. The staff are friendly and warned me about green's that were punched 3 weeks ago.”

“I have played here about a dozen times now. I always enjoy a very relaxing round of golf at RB. Mid-week you rarely have to wait and no one playing into you. Can be a challenging course when the greens are running fast…good value and very friendly staff. The golf course is always in very good condition.”

“Quail Hollow was my first golf adventure in Boise, Idaho. What a gem. I have to start with the surrounding environment - OMG!! Quail Hollow sits at the foot hills within the Stewart Gulch Park. Which means there are endless views of mountains which leaves you in awe. The course is an adventure in its own right. The first hole plays like any other parkland course, then there's the second hole - a steep climb to a 180 yd par 3 - where you're hitting across a deep valley onto a green that seems to sit on top of a mountain. A missed shot will require you to pitch straight up. Of course, when you go up, you have to come down. The third hole is a downhill par 4 dog-leg with a blind green. And that's much of the course. Every hole has an interesting feature that requires you to play conservative with accuracy, whether it be the winding dog-legs, rolling hills, mountainous views, blind fairways, perched greens, tall grasses, or ponds, you'll be sure to play every club in the bag. Sometimes it's smarter to leave the driver and go to the 3W off the tee. Hole14 plays up into a steep valley. Thought it's 300 yards you'll need to play this like it's 400 because you're playing this hole straight up. On the way down is number 15, a narrow 170 yard par 3, sandwiched between a mountain side and the 14th, with a hundred yards of shrubs and tall grass, where you'll have to go down a few club lengths to accommodate for the slope. The 18th is the signature hole, 400 plus yards from an elevated tee box that feels like hundred feet overlooking a pond, onto a curvaceous green. I love to walk. Because of the shifts of elevation and the steep climbs I would suggest to cart. The round should play just over 4 hours. The overall condition of the course is better than the average public course. Everything is well groomed and maintained. The practice areas aren't wow, but are adequate for a quick pre-game warm up. And the pro shop has everything you would expect from a wide range of balls, to clothing and gear. And the staff are Boise friendly and laid back. So are most of the people playing the course. Well worth the price. There's not much to stay around for after your round. Maybe a beer and then head home. As I was travelling to Boise, it's a ten minute UBER to downtown Boise.”
