“Every Hyatt staff we engaged with were so kind and helpful. We had only planned on staying for 1 night but ran into unexpected car trouble. So, the staff graciously extended our check out time till we had to stay for a second night. Then they automatically extended our check-out time the very next day which made us feel like someone cares and is keeping an eye on our situation. “I like all the Home2 Suites Hilton hotels, but this one was special for many reasons, including the friendly staff, especially Willow. She was so nice, friendly, professional, and great with my little one. In addition, the swimming pool was fabulous, and my kids had a wonderful time. The food is another story. You will fill your morning empty stomach with delicious hot food that can meet everyone's expectations😋. The room is clean, and the one we had was really big and great for my family size with a great little kitchenette that made our stay a plus. The parking is great and you can directly enter to your room from any floor, but the price is not included with the room. You have to pay per hour or $17 per night. “One of the best stays I have ever had at any hotel and I stay at a bunch of them. Emily H checked me in and couldn't have been more cheerful and helpful. Because of my member status they gave me a nice upgrade to a huge room. When the fresh cookies were placed out Emily even got me a carton of milk to go with. Room was clean with the only thing being no shampoo in the shower..just two conditioners. No big deal. Actually all staff were pleasant and the breakfast options superb. Will definitely be coming back!”

Ponds used to be our favorite place in Island Park to enjoy a good meal and wide selection of beverages, sadly we are searching for a new go-to place. Love the “pet of the week” contest they have going right now too! Room was clean and the common areas were all very nice. Black Bear Diner in the parking lot is also a HUGE win. For non pet people, FYI we did not have any experiences with other animals being disruptive at any point during day or night. Guessing the walls are sufficiently thick enough for that not to be a problem, so don’t expect you’ll have any issues.”

“This was my first time traveling to this part of the state of Idaho and I chose this hotel because of its good reviews on Google and its excellent price. Upon arriving, I was pleased with my first impression: friendly and attentive staff, clean lobby, well maintained property and all the bells and whistles you’d get from other hotels that charge twice as much. The beds were comfortable, the rooms smelled clean, the water pressure was good, and everything worked great. The breakfast was also wonderful with many options to choose from. They had eggs, bacon, potatoes, biscuits n gravy, bagels, danish, muffins, fruit, a waffle machine and more! Plus if you showed up towards the end of breakfast time, they don’t take the food away until you finish eating! The pool and jacuzzi were clean and cozy to be in, plus the exercise room is well kept too. There is also a big fireplace with comfortable sofas in the lobby area with free newspapers and a work desk with free Internet so you can check your email or whatever. Literally every staff member I came in contact with was very friendly…and I was even invited to the casino by a couple of them! Hahaha! I couldn’t go, but it’s the thought that counts. Housekeeping was a pleasure to interact with, no doubt. This hotel is what I expect from a top notch hotel in terms of service, friendliness, quality and value. I give them my highest rating and recommend them to other travelers.”

“Great spot. Close to target, Costco, and food. Cody st front desk was great. Got us checked in and into a larger room. Much appreciated. The pool is warmer than most hotels and the hot tub was great. The pool area could be picked up and possibly add a trash can. I picked up random trash that was left and put it in the elevator trash. Pool could also be scooped of debris that was floating around. We had what seemed like a family of elephants above us on the 3rd floor. Just a tip, get the top floor next time. It seemed like the noise never stopped until 10:30pm. Breakfast was your standard Holiday Inn breakfast. Room was clean and worked great for us.”

“I was so impressed with this hotel! It is 6 years old, but it looked like it had new been newly renovated. It felt clean and fresh, the carpet was beautiful, the elevator was clean also. I loved the room, we had two queen beds, and a pull out sofa. One of the best parts was the desk was actually a rolling table and we were able to move it to where we needed to so we could eat our late dinner on it! The bathroom was updated and very clean. “We recently stayed in room 443 at Home Hotel Lava Hot Springs, and our experience was fantastic! We parked on main Street because our room didn't have a reserved parking spot like some of the rooms not connected to the main building. That wasn't a problem. The room was upstairs in the main hotel, it was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for our stay. The room has a queen bed, mini fridge and mineral springs soaking tub. The hotel lobby includes a microwave, free coffee and tea. The place was quiet we couldn't hear the other guests. It was nice. One of the highlights was the convenient location, just a few minute walk from the hot springs. This made our trip even more enjoyable, as we could easily access this relaxing amenity. The hotel is across the street from a popular restaurant that we didn't go to. The overall service and hospitality of the hotel staff were commendable, adding to the positive experience. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay.”

“We have stayed at the wood river inn almost ten times now and I'm amazed how consistent our experience has been every time. Whoever runs this place is well versed in hospitality making this hotel comfortable, clean and welcoming for everyone while also keeping the price reasonable. The attention to detail is exceptional with yoga mats and bands in room and dog beds and bowls provided. Hotel bikes are great to have use of in the summer. Ski lockers are also a nice touch. Breakfast is great with lots of options. We trail run and love we can bring our dogs along with us on the trails. Not sure how they hire so well but their staff is always above and beyond friendly and genuinely kind. Down to earth real Hailey, ID hospitality not a nameless hotel chain feel.
