“One of the best stays I have ever had at any hotel and I stay at a bunch of them. Emily H checked me in and couldn't have been more cheerful and helpful. Because of my member status they gave me a nice upgrade to a huge room. When the fresh cookies were placed out Emily even got me a carton of milk to go with. Room was clean with the only thing being no shampoo in the shower..just two conditioners. No big deal. Actually all staff were pleasant and the breakfast options superb. Will definitely be coming back!”

“This was my first time traveling to this part of the state of Idaho and I chose this hotel because of its good reviews on Google and its excellent price. Upon arriving, I was pleased with my first impression: friendly and attentive staff, clean lobby, well maintained property and all the bells and whistles you’d get from other hotels that charge twice as much. The beds were comfortable, the rooms smelled clean, the water pressure was good, and everything worked great. The breakfast was also wonderful with many options to choose from. They had eggs, bacon, potatoes, biscuits n gravy, bagels, danish, muffins, fruit, a waffle machine and more! Plus if you showed up towards the end of breakfast time, they don’t take the food away until you finish eating! The pool and jacuzzi were clean and cozy to be in, plus the exercise room is well kept too. There is also a big fireplace with comfortable sofas in the lobby area with free newspapers and a work desk with free Internet so you can check your email or whatever. Literally every staff member I came in contact with was very friendly…and I was even invited to the casino by a couple of them! Hahaha! I couldn’t go, but it’s the thought that counts. Housekeeping was a pleasure to interact with, no doubt. This hotel is what I expect from a top notch hotel in terms of service, friendliness, quality and value. I give them my highest rating and recommend them to other travelers.”

“Great spot. Close to target, Costco, and food. Cody st front desk was great. Got us checked in and into a larger room. Much appreciated. The pool is warmer than most hotels and the hot tub was great. The pool area could be picked up and possibly add a trash can. I picked up random trash that was left and put it in the elevator trash. Pool could also be scooped of debris that was floating around. We had what seemed like a family of elephants above us on the 3rd floor. Just a tip, get the top floor next time. It seemed like the noise never stopped until 10:30pm. Breakfast was your standard Holiday Inn breakfast. Room was clean and worked great for us.”

“Overall a nice hotel and clean. Room was well appointed and spacious. Staff were excellent. Only two issues I encountered: 1) Hallways are DARK, especially around elevators where they skipped fixtures. Definitely not a welcome vibe. 2) Breakfast was absolutely atrocious and inedible. Powdery eggs that were still somehow over cooked, and potatoes that tasted like cardboard and had a similar texture. The latter was a true shame for a state who has “famous potatoes” on their license plates.”

“Staff were EXCELLENT! Everyone we encountered were extremely friendly; they seemed chipper with each other, seemed like a positive work environment. Hotel was clean and ambiance was very modern. Breakfast food selection was good and tasted well prepared. Indoor pool was a tad too cold and the hot tub was definitely too hot. Biggest complaint was the bed and pillows were so terrible, not comfortable at all. Also was not impressed at how well we could hear the upstairs occupants at 4am.”

“Very nice for the price point! The room was super clean, bathroom was super clean as well! The hot tub was a perfect temp, and the pool was even warm! The service desk person we spoke with was so nice! There is no elevator, but that was no problem! Only 2 floors so, it’s not like we had to bring luggage up 10 flights of stairs. Amazing breakfast as well!”
