The lady working there was training a man who seemed liked he really wanted to help people and at 9 am when breakfast stops at 10 she was explaining how they don't put anymore coffee out because it ends soon. 1 more hour. Nothing was hot at all not even the coffee. Eggs cold, potatoes cold, oatmeal one huge lump. Not impressed and actually very disappointed after hearing great things.”

“Loved our stay here! The staff was very friendly, enthusiastic, and accommodating. We were traveling with our dog and it was good to be in a place that made him feel welcomed too. Love the “pet of the week” contest they have going right now too! Room was clean and the common areas were all very nice. Black Bear Diner in the parking lot is also a HUGE win. For non pet people, FYI we did not have any experiences with other animals being disruptive at any point during day or night. Guessing the walls are sufficiently thick enough for that not to be a problem, so don’t expect you’ll have any issues.”

“We have stayed at the wood river inn almost ten times now and I'm amazed how consistent our experience has been every time. Whoever runs this place is well versed in hospitality making this hotel comfortable, clean and welcoming for everyone while also keeping the price reasonable. The attention to detail is exceptional with yoga mats and bands in room and dog beds and bowls provided. Hotel bikes are great to have use of in the summer. Ski lockers are also a nice touch. Breakfast is great with lots of options. We trail run and love we can bring our dogs along with us on the trails. Not sure how they hire so well but their staff is always above and beyond friendly and genuinely kind. Down to earth real Hailey, ID hospitality not a nameless hotel chain feel. Keep up the good work!”

“Overall a nice hotel and clean. Room was well appointed and spacious. Staff were excellent. Only two issues I encountered: 1) Hallways are DARK, especially around elevators where they skipped fixtures. Definitely not a welcome vibe. 2) Breakfast was absolutely atrocious and inedible. Powdery eggs that were still somehow over cooked, and potatoes that tasted like cardboard and had a similar texture. The latter was a true shame for a state who has “famous potatoes” on their license plates.”

“This place is new construction. It's modern, clean and quiet. The staff was great and the rooms amazing 👏!! The only thing that was a little weird was not having the bathroom attached to the bedroom but it's a big place with a lot of space. Having heat in the separated bedroom and living space was awesome. The view from the window is new construction everywhere but I could still see the sunrises and it was beautiful. Every hotel should have a makeup towel, just saying, so we don't have to worry about the white towels getting dirty from makeup.”
