“Gave a low rating because the room smelled horrible, there were huge pet stains everywhere, we stayed in a split level room that we were really looking forward to because of space (had a king bed upstairs and bunk bed down) but dealing with the smells was pretty disgusting. We asked to have the carpets cleaned and we would leave the windows and doors open every day with fans going. Definitely would recommend considering this if you don’t like dealing with pet smells! I’ll be reading the fine print on “pet friendly” before staying at a hotel like this again”

“Every Hyatt staff we engaged with were so kind and helpful. We had only planned on staying for 1 night but ran into unexpected car trouble. So, the staff graciously extended our check out time till we had to stay for a second night. Then they automatically extended our check-out time the very next day which made us feel like someone cares and is keeping an eye on our situation. Thank you all for making us feel at home and safe at the Hyatt. Happy New Year 2024 to each and everyone of you. May this year be a profitable one for you all.”

“I like all the Home2 Suites Hilton hotels, but this one was special for many reasons, including the friendly staff, especially Willow. She was so nice, friendly, professional, and great with my little one. In addition, the swimming pool was fabulous, and my kids had a wonderful time. The food is another story. You will fill your morning empty stomach with delicious hot food that can meet everyone's expectations😋. The room is clean, and the one we had was really big and great for my family size with a great little kitchenette that made our stay a plus. The parking is great and you can directly enter to your room from any floor, but the price is not included with the room. You have to pay per hour or $17 per night. I should visit again sometime in the future. Thanks, Willow, and the staff. Keep up the great work.”

“We recently stayed in room 443 at Home Hotel Lava Hot Springs, and our experience was fantastic! We parked on main Street because our room didn't have a reserved parking spot like some of the rooms not connected to the main building. That wasn't a problem. The room was upstairs in the main hotel, it was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for our stay. The room has a queen bed, mini fridge and mineral springs soaking tub. The hotel lobby includes a microwave, free coffee and tea. The place was quiet we couldn't hear the other guests. It was nice. One of the highlights was the convenient location, just a few minute walk from the hot springs. This made our trip even more enjoyable, as we could easily access this relaxing amenity. The hotel is across the street from a popular restaurant that we didn't go to. The overall service and hospitality of the hotel staff were commendable, adding to the positive experience. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay.”

“Stayed here my wedding night this past April 2023. It was so disappointing. People, I waited 41 years of my life for marriage and my wedding night was in a dump. LOL. There were stains on the ceiling. The mattress was awful and we kept rolling into each other the whole night. This place needs a major renovation and so not worth the money right now. You are better off at the Marriott.”

“OMG! This was the most amazing bed and breakfast I've ever been at! Came here for a weekend work retreat. The breakfasts were AMAZING 👏 😍 I LOVED my loft bed (and my coworkers seemed to love their beds down on the ground, I alone was privileged to sleep in the heights 😜). Everything was very clean and organized (there were even scrolls with info in each room!). The artworks around the house, the paintings and carvings and other decor, made it feel like a medieval castle and a log cabin and Hogwarts all combined! I loved seeing the movie poster David (one of the hosts) made for Princess Bride. And we did a search and found about a 100 lions throughout the place 🤣 Amazing hosts, amazing place, amazing food. Very welcoming. Would love to return.”
