“Came to Mayo for some testing and stayed at Homewood Suites. The room was very cozy and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning is GREAT and the social on Wednesdays is wonderful. You can tell the workers take pride in providing many breakfast offerings-it was different every day, which is a unique thing for hiltons I've stayed in! There is a free shuttle to take you to and from Mayo that is very punctual. The hotel is about a mile away from the clinic. I plan to come back yearly and stay at this property. There are a lot of options in town and this one is one of the good ones!”

It's got an indoor pool and hot tub. The parking is free and was widely available on a Friday afternoon. I can't really complain about the accommodations. If you've been to any other Ramada you know what to expect.”

“We stayed here for my Mayo visit and really enjoyed it. The room was impeccably clean, nice vinyl plank flooring, thermostat controlled heating and cooling, fun bathroom towels (see pics), tons of outlets for our phone and laptop chargers and our king bed was pillow top and super comfortable. The fitness room has a treadmill with lcd screen so you can run through New Zealand forests while jogging. Typical breakfast offerings, however, they also had oranges and bananas which we have not seen at other motels lately. Very personable staff. Highly recommended!”

“Rented a suite for an overnight stay. We're here for a wedding. First the good points. Fairly large 2 room suite. Very comfortable king size bed. Unfortunately this place is not up to standards I've come to expect from Country Inns. The room decor is clearly dated. The carpet is shabby and worn. It doesn't seem that the carpet was vacuumed before we checked into the room. The living room couch is stained and dirty. One of the lampshades was damaged and taped back together. The bedroom phone didn't work. The curtains are off track and the blackout shades have holes in them. The wood furniture is chipped and worn. There are holes in the bathroom walls plugged with what looks caulk. Just a general lack of attention to detail. It's a shame. With a refresh and deep cleaning this could be a much more pleasant room.”

“This property was clean and felt updated. The room was spacious enough for two people and their luggage. A silly thing I loved was they actually had a normal sized comforter. Usually most hotels have a flimsy blanket type comforter but this hotel had a thicker one that felt like something you’d actually use at home. I loved the walk in shower, personally not a tub fan. The breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast, but they offered a grab and go as well so you could grab a water and muffin and some other options if you were in a hurry. Loved that touch! Only a short drive to things like the Mall of America and the venue for a concert we attended while their. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I can for sure say I’ll stay again!”

“We stayed 3 days/2 nights here over Thanksgiving 2023. There was plenty of room in the bacl parking lot to park our 18 wheeler. Room was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. They allowed us to have both of our dogs stay with us for $25/dog/night. Clean bathroom with great water pressure and hot water in the shower. Standard cable channels, but we hooked up the PS5 and watched DVDs. The "general store" they mention on the slip you get when you check in is the little counter to the left of the front desk. It has a (limited) assortment of snacks, drinks, and beer. They have a bar, but it's only open on Saturday (maybe Friday as well, but I can't remember). It wasn't open while we were there, so I can't comment on that. They also have an indoor pool. It looked nice, and I believe it's heated, but we didn't use it so I can't comment on that either. Overall, it was a nice experience and we enjoyed getting out of the truck for a couple of days. We would stay here again.”
