“I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff I interacted with was lovely, the room was perfect and very clean. I wish I could have taken advantage of the location on the lake with the beach chairs and such, but it was a very short overnight. One star removed because I signed up for complimentary internet access when prompted by the website. I still got charged the $4.95 anyway for the "premium" wifi. I always think this should be part of the room rate because everyone uses internet now. In any event, if you're giving a guest the option to choose to pay for faster internet and they decline, don't charge them for what they probably didn't receive.”

We are HHonors Diamond members and stay in a lot of Hilton’s all over the country and we’ve never had better service, cleaner rooms and better customer service. If we could give this place 20 stars we would! The executive lounge is phenomenal with amazing breakfast and dinner. The pool area is impeccably clean with a great gym, sauna, steam room and spa. Find a reason to stay here, it’s fantastic!”

“This place is amazing. Only a 5 minute drive from Mayo, and they also have a shuttle bus. Rooms were extremely clean and spacious. Floors were clean. We didn't get to try the breakfast due to an early appointment, but it looked so good! The receptionists all the way to housekeeping were all kind and very accommodating. “This is our third time staying at the beautiful Lowell Inn. It is always a treat to have such friendly and helpful staff to greet you, and everyone we met is very kind and respectful. The owner is so humble and gracious... What a treat to visit with her ! Our room was spacious and extremely comfortable! Linens and pillows were perfect, and everything was super clean, as always. Water pressure was very good in the shower. It was indeed a restful, elegant stay enhanced by a quiet evening in front of the fireplace in the lobby. We saw no other guests at that time. Another wonderful amenity is the free parking on the same floor that your room is on, and wonderful shopping, restaurants, and fun adventures within an easy walk.”

“Came to Mayo for some testing and stayed at Homewood Suites. The room was very cozy and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning is GREAT and the social on Wednesdays is wonderful. You can tell the workers take pride in providing many breakfast offerings-it was different every day, which is a unique thing for hiltons I've stayed in! There is a free shuttle to take you to and from Mayo that is very punctual. The hotel is about a mile away from the clinic. I plan to come back yearly and stay at this property. There are a lot of options in town and this one is one of the good ones!”

“Went back to Minneapolis to visit my family just before Christmas. The Moxy Uptown is a Marriott hotel and one of the few hotels in Uptown. It's easy to get to from the airport and has an attached parking garage which I believe is free however I didn't have a rental so I am not 100% sure. I would call it a self-serve hotel but not a cheap hotel. The front desk is at the bar which is very popular in Uptown located right when you walk in the hotel. There was a huge party going on there when I got in so incredibly loud and I was concerned my room would be loud but it wasn't. The lobby is very hip and I posted pictures of it. It's a five-story hotel and I had a great view of Uptown from the fifth floor. The room was smaller than I expected, it reminded me of a European hotel with a bed lower to the ground. The only picture I have of the room is the guitar that was on the wall which my daughter thought was really cool. It didn't have a closet, it had hooks on the wall but they provided hangers for the hooks and the steamer instead of an iron which I like much better. The bed was comfortable and it had a big screen TV although I didn't watch much. The bathroom was really nice with a huge walk in shower but no tub. If you wanted maid service you had to request it daily. The big disadvantage of the room is it does not have a refrigerator so if you have any food from a restaurant there's nowhere to put it. They have 24/HR self service food that is really snacks and drinks but at a very low cost and are healthy. They do have free coffee. There is not a restaurant in hotel but tons really close by. Would I go back there?Yes, for the location primarily. You just can't beat the location. The staff was very nice and checking in and out was a breeze. I would get a bigger room next time.”

“We had the best stay this past Saturday celebrating my husbands birthday. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly we were upgraded to a king suite much to our surprise and it was absolutely beautiful so spacious and comfortable. The huge box of chocolates from the local chocolate shop was such a nice surprise and greatly appreciated the chocolate sampler was delicious. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent and we never felt rushed, our waiter can’t remember his name, tall dark hair was personable and very helpful we did not make it to the rooftop hottub but we will definitely make this a yearly visit. Highly recommend. Hotel Crosby is the best!”

“Amazingly Soft Comfortable Bed. Quiet Room. Great Hot Tub. Warm Pool. Nightly Cookies. Stay here, it's terrific. Stayed three nights for business. The room was comfortable and quiet. There was a desk in the corner with multiple outlets for power and charging as needed. The room was dark with blinds closed. I used the pool and hot tub nightly. The pool was kept warm and comfortable for swimming. The hotel was clean. The breakfast area was fine with several options. Nightly there were warm chocolate chip and macadamia nut cookies. There was one thing that was frustrating: the Wi-Fi seemed to reset daily which required logging back into it on multiple devices. I haven't been at a hotel that did this before.”

“Service/Location were fine. Room was not the greatest. Weird burn marks all over the mirror in the bathroom??? Toilet was so slow to flush that I thought it was broken/clogged. Beds were not comfy & the sheets had a weird scratchy texture. Remote had some crud caked on it which was pretty gross. For what we got we honestly should have paid about $100 less for the room for the night.”
