“This place is amazing. Only a 5 minute drive from Mayo, and they also have a shuttle bus. Rooms were extremely clean and spacious. Floors were clean. We didn't get to try the breakfast due to an early appointment, but it looked so good! The receptionists all the way to housekeeping were all kind and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!”

“This is our third time staying at the beautiful Lowell Inn. It is always a treat to have such friendly and helpful staff to greet you, and everyone we met is very kind and respectful. The owner is so humble and gracious... What a treat to visit with her ! Our room was spacious and extremely comfortable! Linens and pillows were perfect, and everything was super clean, as always. Water pressure was very good in the shower. It was indeed a restful, elegant stay enhanced by a quiet evening in front of the fireplace in the lobby. We saw no other guests at that time. Another wonderful amenity is the free parking on the same floor that your room is on, and wonderful shopping, restaurants, and fun adventures within an easy walk.”

“We stayed here at this Hampton inn for the Renaissance faire. Nice location. Easy to get from there to the fair. Also had Jersey Mike's and a couple of the restaurants in the parking lot. It does have a pool but it's very small and no hot tub. The breakfast was meager. Some small muffins and some eggs. They could do better. But the property was clean and the staff was very nice. The rooms are pretty small My mom and I had a little trouble getting around when we were having dinner. There's only one chair and a desk right in front of the beds. No other room. But as far as having a place to sleep, it was clean and safe.”

“We had the best stay this past Saturday celebrating my husbands birthday. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly we were upgraded to a king suite much to our surprise and it was absolutely beautiful so spacious and comfortable. The huge box of chocolates from the local chocolate shop was such a nice surprise and greatly appreciated the chocolate sampler was delicious. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent and we never felt rushed, our waiter can’t remember his name, tall dark hair was personable and very helpful we did not make it to the rooftop hottub but we will definitely make this a yearly visit. Highly recommend. Hotel Crosby is the best!”

“This property was clean and felt updated. The room was spacious enough for two people and their luggage. A silly thing I loved was they actually had a normal sized comforter. Usually most hotels have a flimsy blanket type comforter but this hotel had a thicker one that felt like something you’d actually use at home. I loved the walk in shower, personally not a tub fan. The breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast, but they offered a grab and go as well so you could grab a water and muffin and some other options if you were in a hurry. Loved that touch! Only a short drive to things like the Mall of America and the venue for a concert we attended while their. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I can for sure say I’ll stay again!”

“We stayed 3 days/2 nights here over Thanksgiving 2023. There was plenty of room in the bacl parking lot to park our 18 wheeler. Room was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. They allowed us to have both of our dogs stay with us for $25/dog/night. Clean bathroom with great water pressure and hot water in the shower. Standard cable channels, but we hooked up the PS5 and watched DVDs. The "general store" they mention on the slip you get when you check in is the little counter to the left of the front desk. It has a (limited) assortment of snacks, drinks, and beer. They have a bar, but it's only open on Saturday (maybe Friday as well, but I can't remember). It wasn't open while we were there, so I can't comment on that. They also have an indoor pool. It looked nice, and I believe it's heated, but we didn't use it so I can't comment on that either. Overall, it was a nice experience and we enjoyed getting out of the truck for a couple of days. We would stay here again.”

More lies cause there's is on restaurant in the hotel. It's just some overpriced mini Starbucks. $7 for a croissant is ridiculous. There's a snack bar open 24/7, which is nice. Until you realize a bottle of water is $6.”

Rooms are pretty updated, beds were comfy and room was clean. Front desk came and cleared the kids out of the pool at the right time and it was quiet for sleeping after that.”

“A great stay in Grand Marais Minnesota. Continental Breakfast, pool, hot tub and sauna. We never used these so I can’t give a review on them. Lots of parking and great location. Very clean and well taken care of…. …. the view from this room was magnificent and amazing to wake up and look out and see the lake. I found it was expensive nightly rate for a basic hotel. It was $179 a night but that was US. Converting to CAN just boggled my mind. The front desk people were very nice and enjoyed talking to them. The breakfast was really good too.”
