“Cove Point Lodge has been a go-to for my Wife and I for years. I love visiting during any season, but in my opinion winter is especially cozy. The Lake Superior shoreline right outside of the lodge is gorgeous. I recommend walking out to the end of Cove Point for sunrise and/or sunset. Of course, Beaver Bay offers many wonderful outdoor attractions within short driving distance too. The restaurant within the lodge serves delicious food - I highly recommend dinner there. I love spending my evenings in the lobby in front of the large wood burning fireplace with a book in hand, especially during a snow storm. I’ve had some great conversations with other guests in front of the fireplace too. They also have games and books available, making the lobby a fun place to hang out. If you want some privacy, they offer rooms with gas fireplaces and every single room has window views of Lake Superior. You really can’t go wrong with Cove Point Lodge as a getaway destination.”

“So Charming! It was nice, comfy, had an amazing restaurant, and so many more great things. Pretty clean. Nice staff. Was quite except for kids playing and running around the halls 1 night. (But the way its situated it wasn't too loud) Will stay again. I was afraid I'd knock myself out on the support in the middle of the room, but I didn't. All the little surprises and charming details kept it exciting. Probably one of the most thoughtful rooms I've ever stayed in. Bonus: the toilet was AWESOME, as was the shower.”

I wish I could have taken advantage of the location on the lake with the beach chairs and such, but it was a very short overnight. One star removed because I signed up for complimentary internet access when prompted by the website. I still got charged the $4.95 anyway for the "premium" wifi. I always think this should be part of the room rate because everyone uses internet now. In any event, if you're giving a guest the option to choose to pay for faster internet and they decline, don't charge them for what they probably didn't receive.”

We are HHonors Diamond members and stay in a lot of Hilton’s all over the country and we’ve never had better service, cleaner rooms and better customer service. If we could give this place 20 stars we would! The executive lounge is phenomenal with amazing breakfast and dinner. The pool area is impeccably clean with a great gym, sauna, steam room and spa. I'm living in Apple Valley,but don't drive so staying closer to my storage for an extended time, allowed me to work longer,get more cleaned up and downsized. The hotel seems well staffed with knowledgeable and friendly employees. Very clean, quiet and though on the smaller side,roomwise, it was perfectly adequate for me, my bicycle and my belongings as well as space for some food and munchies and pop. The room was big and clean and one thing that I liked the most was that there are motion activated lights on the bottom of the bed for when you get up ij the middle of the night and see where you are walking. The service was fast and amazing, we ordered a margarita pizza and it was delicious. The valet workers were so nice and they made sure to take good care of the cars.
