“My husband and I stayed at Larsmont for a winter getaway. We had a king suite lake view and the view was amazing! We loved the 24 hour sauna. We also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. The staff were friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant was very good and nice to have within walking distance. We would definitely recommend and would like to visit again.”

“Nice resort on a big lake. We stayed here for a convention. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. And our room had a balcony that fit a table for two and room to walk around. The food was served buffet style and we were given a couple choices at each meal. One down side is they only had iced tea, lemonade, coffee, and orange juice for beverages. No soda or milk. The desserts were good. The food over all was average, which is a lot better than bad. The service was really good. We had staff cleaning up dirty dishes as we ate and they did a wonderful job. Over all I would recommend this resort.”

“Our stay was great! The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They actually looked at the preferences in my profile. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. There were people working to maintain a welcoming exterior (landscaping). This was a family trip so we had kiddos with and the cleaning staff was great...non intrusive, yet they checked with us daily to see if we needed anything. We did not use the pool or gym so I can't speak to that.”

“My daughter and I have been going here for a couple of years now, and the hill is great, with several runs that all intersect at the base. The cost of food went up drastically this year. We ordered 2 burgers and 2 small fries- for $38! When checking in for our season passes, the woman kept refering to my daughter as 'he' even though she was wearing pink and purple, had a purple helmet on- and was wearing eye make up! Each time, I corrected the woman, but she must not have heard me. And to be clear, she is a biological girl, not a boy choosing female pronouns or anything like that. She does not dress, act or look like a boy. Haven't stayed at their resort, so I can't comment on that- but I did overheard one of the snow groomers, and he really is good at his job. Overall it's got a great nostalgic feeling with old school 80s music on the speakers, a warm inviting feeling with outdoor fireplaces. Just bring a snack, and don't be offended if your child is miss-gendered I guess”

“We loved our stay. Upon arrival, we asked if we could upgrade our unit and they had no problem accommodating. Our room was clean, we had a kitchen and a deck. The outdoor and indoor pool were both awesome. This property is very well taken care of. They had a court yard with outdoor yard games and live music at night. Their restaurant on site is also top notch. I’d recommend staying here to anyone!!”

“We loved our short stay at William bay cottages. Their standards are very high and the cottage was spacious and comfortable. We would have appreciated aircon due to the high temps overnight but I guess that's a rare problem. The setting among the trees was beautiful with peace and privacy between the cottages. Excellent location for Tree Top walkway and Denmark. Nearby Green Pools was perfect for swimming and so lovely to see.”

“Our stay at Klarhet was wonderful, and it was so hard to leave! The dome was cozy and warm, and waking up to the sunrise over Lake Superior was magical. They have all you need for a very comfortable stay. We loved snuggling the baby goats and visiting the chickens, and a winter hike through their woods was lovely. Nicole and Kirk are kind and generous hosts. They've created a beautiful, peaceful place to relax and explore the outdoors.”
