“I’ve been a loyal customer of this Target location off Old Hickory in Nashville, TN, for quite some time. It’s in an ideal spot, making it convenient for my family to shop. The store offers a wide variety of products, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. However, I do have one minor concern. The Men’s clothing section has noticeably shrunk over the years, and it appears that it’s been under construction for an extended period. The same clothing items have been on the shelves since 2020, and it would be great to see some fresh additions. Nonetheless, this Target remains a fantastic place to shop for our family’s needs.”

“worst target experience of my life. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a place before. To start off with we were in the fitting rooms when a (manager) I’m assuming it was come into the fitting area and told me and another woman to move our carts out of the area. Mind you they were in the open part out of way where the employees in there could see. I got up and moved my cart out of the way while the other woman asked why they had to be moved and the (manager) lady proceeded to get a attitude with her while another employee folding clothes joined in and also got a attitude. So I finally left the fitting room and took my 4 items to the self check where I was not greeted or even given a friendly smile. I checked out my swimsuits dress and hair chip and left to go get Starbucks. After I got my Starbucks I left the store but the alarms went off. I started looking through my bags and realized my tags for the swim suit were still on. A problem that could have been easily avoided if an employee had been paying attention to my cart when I come up to self check. I go back to the self check to ask this same (manager) woman to remove my tags she DID NOT once speak to me, smile at me, and gave me a very nasty look when I couldn’t find my receipt due to me panicking thinking they were gonna think I was stealing. I’m a younger girl and I’ve never had something like that happen before and I get nervous really easy and her acting like that did not help. She stood there judging me while I looked through my purse and eventually crossed her arms showing how impatient she was getting with me. I do not appreciate how I was treated and will not be returning to this target ever again. My best advice is go to the one in Florence they are by far the best one I’ve ever been too very sweet and helpful over there. But as far as this target get new employees train your staff better…”

“Huge shoutout to Ryan, Michael, & Addie who helped me with the tremendous task of getting 15 hats in various sizes for the Oracle Red Bull Racing team that was coming to Nashville for Red Bull Showrun. They took nearly an hour helping me find sizes or alternates if they didn't have a size in a hat that we wanted. They took plenty of time & worked within a budget I had set walking in. Attached are photos from the event with the team & Daniel Ricciardo wearing the hats they helped me pick out!”

“From the first phone call to the final result, Lee and Victoria were the absolute BEST! My daughter was running for Homecoming, and wanted a short length dress. I called since we live about 100 miles away, to see if they had any short length dresses. Victoria was so kind and helpful, she even went as far as sending me pictures of the selection they had in stock. The shop was organized and neatly kept. Both ladies were helpful with trying on dresses. When we decided on a dress, Lee made a great suggestion for alterations. They added rhinestones to the sleeves, to not only customize it, but also to give it some extra sparkle. They did the work to the dress in a timely manner, and it was cost efficient. All in all we had a WONDERFUL experience, and would definitely shop here again.”

Once I learned that there was new ownership, I was ready to give it a try. Honestly, it was night and day difference! Great customer service, excellent communication, sizing was perfect, no alteration needed (Haleigh did great with measurements) and everyone was kind. We'll definitely return! “So…I come up a couple of times a year to Franklin and Murfreesboro, and love to hit the Goodwills there, because I always find some gem to take home with me. I found a Montessori Art Table (at the Franklin Store) last time I came in for $15, once I got the half off ticket price of the day discount. We found a lot of other things but I spent way too much time at checkout and pick up in the back. The employees were atrocious. The man running the register was rude, I had to repeatedly point out pricing errors, then when I went to pick up the table in the back, the men back there were complaining because I choose a rainy day to pick out furniture. The youngest gentleman I dealt with was the nicest, shocking! And he was the only one willing to make sure the furniture was all safely in the back of my truck. I only get to come up here from the rural area where I live a couple times a year, I can’t control what the weather’s gonna be on the day I’m there. Not that it should matter. The Franklin Store’s #135 employees need an attitude change in the worst way.”
