“We recently stayed with our children. We’ve been to Pigeon Forge many times but was our first time staying here. We love the restaurant next door so we loved the proximity. The hotel lot was extremely full and we barely found a spot to park. The hallway smelled like cigarettes. And the overall cleanliness was not there. Everything was just dirty. Bathroom was tiny and almost could not shut door while in the bathroom. Everything was extremely dated. Pictures make it seem a lot better than it is. I’m glad we only stayed for one night.”

“I’ve been staying at Hampton Inns almost exclusively for the past 5 years and have never been as disappointed as I was at this location. First thing that hits you when walking into the lobby is the smell of dog. I know it is a pet friendly hotel but to smell like that is not appealing to all customers. The floor mats at the door entrances were filthy and looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. The lobby was beautiful and looked like a lodge but the smell and dirty carpets ruined it for me. We had connecting rooms with 2 queen beds in each. When entering the rooms, they looked and smelled dingy and outdated. The carpet was dirty and I was grossed out to walk without shoes on it. There was mold on the ceiling in the corner of our room. The curtains were old and dusty with sun damage and holes in them. The office chairs in both rooms were beyond worn. I can’t believe they even have them in the room in their condition. The door for the refrigerator was broken and the hinge was laying on the floor. The thermostat was flashing low battery. The drain on the bathroom sink was extremely slow & seemed to be clogged. The beds were clean, sheets & pillows clean but this was by far the worst Hampton I’ve ever stayed in. Almost all the furniture in the rooms and throughout the hotel were old and worn with noticeable scratches and marks on them. I will definitely think twice and read reviews more carefully before booking with Hampton again. Let’s not forget to mention we paid the most we’ve ever paid at a Hampton per night- $275/room and had the worst experience. This hotel needs a major renovation and probably has for the past 10 years judging by the looks of things.”

“Very clean hotel and rooms and friendly staff! There was a little confusion about the breakfast. We went for the free children's breakfast, but did not know that it required the purchase of adult meal(s), AND there was a cost for all of our kids who were older than 11. The manager was very accommodating and worked with us to comp our older kids' meals. I would HIGHLY recommend this location.”

“Was told had a hot tub, which is one of the reasons we wanted to stay here. Well, it was out of . microwave in the room. Nope board was coming lose in the bathroom my other half cut the end of his toe off I reported to the front desk and ask if they had bandages or anything she said no agave some towels and said she would report the next day and she did only to things that came out of our stay the lady at night and the maintenance man was the only ones that was concerned very very disappointed they did credit me one day but I'll never be back you would think being in a handicapped room it would have been better than what it was I will never refer anyone to this hotel”

“Location has a Walmart next door. That’s the only good thing. Room was infested with what I believe was Japanese beetles or ladybugs. Went to switch rooms and the gentleman which was very nice said it was a common occurrence for the time of year and said most rooms will be dealing with it!! That’s a big no for me personally. Did an easy early check out but definitely won’t be back.”

“The rooms are nice and clean. The beds aren’t the best, I could feel the springs in the mattress and that made it a bit uncomfortable. The pillows are a bit stiff, I wish they had soft ones as well but all were stiff. This kind of made it a little harder to fall asleep. The walls are kind of thin as well. I could hear people next door to me. The shower had only hot or boiling water. I like a Luke warm shower but even on “cold” it was HOT. For $170 a night I would expect a better experience. The breakfast was alright. Nothing special but it was included.”

“Three adults stayed overnight, 20-21 December 2023. The hotel is located just off of I-65, very convenient. Occasionally heard some road noise as expected. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were friendly, kind and engaging. The included breakfast was well prepared, hot and well stocked. My only very minor complaint is that the furniture-installed outlet strips are so worn out that plugs literally fall out of them, rendering them useless for using a laptop or recharging electronics. The hotel is priced appropriately for the location and I would happily stay there again.”

“This Holiday inn Express was awesome! The entire hotel is so beautiful & clean! The front desk are welcoming & very helpful & nice! The parking is gated & secured by only guests can go inside parking lot if you have a room key. Felt very safe for vehicles. The free breakfast was so delicious & there was plenty to choose from, pancakes , biscuits with gravy, scrambled eggs & cereal & fruits. The room was amazing & for the price it was so well worth it! We stayed 4 nights & enjoyed our trip to Graceland & it's only 2 blocks Away! Overall awesome hotel & definitely need to stay here if your plans are visiting Graceland!”

“Do not stay here! They charge a $125 non refundable pet fee for staying there 1 night. Our bathroom had mold in the shower, and the sink did not drain properly. Maybe the owner should use some of the money you charge to fix up your rooms, greedy pos. I hope this review reduces the owner's revenue exponentially more than the ridiculous fee they charged for our dog to sleep in our room for the 17 hrs we were there. They should be ashamed charging fellow Americans that fee. If you don't want pets at your moldtel, then don't list yourself as pet friendly. There are plenty of other hotels in town, so please make your reservations at some place else. Also, most of the employees can be found outside smoking, so if you need assistance, head outside, and you'll probably find the person who is supposed to be working.”

The bathroom smelled like a VERY strong, horrible perfume when we walked in, and then started to smell like urine. The bathroom floor was filthy, but toilet and sink seemed clean. As the room heated up overnight, the smell went away. Our mirror over the desk was streaked from being wiped with something so that you could hardly see through half of it. The bed and rest of the room was clean. The last half hour of breakfast left little choices. Coffee was good.”
