“This is by far the best hotel In Knoxville by far. Rooms are huge, service is great and the location is perfect. However, I have stayed here(because I’m here while writing) 4 times. All different times of the year. When you check in they say, Complimentary drinks at reception at(whatever time) and the bar is open until 2 AM on weekends. All 4 times we have been there. They give last call at10 during the week and 11 On weekends. Friday I thought it was because they were slow but tonight(Saturday) it was packed. They callled last call at 11 while 18 people came in. Along with the 7 people I invited. Why would you tell everyone about hours that you are not planning on keeping. Love your place, but it only takes one Stupid decision to ruin the experience. Either stay open when you say or stop saying it! Why would I want to go to someone else place when I could stay and drink where I paid. Thanks”

“I want to give many kudos to the housekeeping staff at Hampton Hendersonville for their honesty. We always stay at this hotel when we come in to visit my son and family, (which is often) who live a couple blocks away. Besides loving everything about this hotel and its staff, we just encountered amazing honesty of the housekeeping staff. We just checked out yesterday (1/15/24). Back in Chicago today, we realized my husband left his gift bag with expensive cologne in it. I called the front desk and they had it there. My son just picked it up. I am very grateful to the person who found it in room and turned it in. You are amazing. Thank you so much! I was a fan of Hampton before this trip, but now a life-long fan!!!”

“The hotel was very clean. Our room was clean. We had 2 queen beds on the 3rd floor. Our room was on the smaller side. It said it slept 5, which with a rollaway bed it did. However, it was an extremely tight fit with the rollaway bed in there. The only place to put the extra bed was between the 2 queen beds, which left no walking room there. Definitely don't recommend trying to fit 5 people in the room as it was incredibly cramped and 3 of our 5 were children under 12. The room did have a small desk and 2 chairs as well as a microwave and fridge. The fridge got nice and cold, which was great. They do have adjoining rooms which would be nice when we travel with our older teens. We didn't notice a lot of hallway noise at night or early in the morning, and since our room was across from the elevator, I was surprised and glad for that. The pool was nice sized, and while it was on the chilly side, it was clean, and my kids still enjoyed it. Overall, we had a great stay, and we would stay here again as it was a nice hotel just on the smaller side when it came to the room we had. The staff was pleasant, which is always a great thing :).”

“We had a great stay. Very friendly staff and everything was very clean and not dilapidated in any way. The feeling when walking into our room was very secure and silent, except for the freeway ... there is a bit of road noise, but we're not complaining. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was great, according to my husband, who is a shower connoisseur. Breakfast looked good, but it was very busy, so we skipped it. They also have an indoor pool, which looked nice and inviting, but we were too tired to try it. We changed up our hotel choice from Hampton Inn because the ones we stayed in on the same trip were shabby and more expensive. This was a good choice and we'll be staying at the Fairfield near Birmingham next. Hopefully it's as good as this one.”

“This is my favorite hotel in the Smokies. The one in Gatlinburg is nicer, but way too expensive. This one is reasonably priced and convenient to all the mountains have to offer. I like the room layout, which is basically a suite. The beds are separated by a restroom, which makes it seem more like two rooms, although they cannot be shut off from each other. Breakfast is the typical HIE fare. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, plenty of outlets, helpful staff, view of the Smokies. What's not to love?”
