“We had a great stay. Very friendly staff and everything was very clean and not dilapidated in any way. The feeling when walking into our room was very secure and silent, except for the freeway ... there is a bit of road noise, but we're not complaining. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was great, according to my husband, who is a shower connoisseur. Breakfast looked good, but it was very busy, so we skipped it. They also have an indoor pool, which looked nice and inviting, but we were too tired to try it. We changed up our hotel choice from Hampton Inn because the ones we stayed in on the same trip were shabby and more expensive. This was a good choice and we'll be staying at the Fairfield near Birmingham next. Hopefully it's as good as this one.”

“This hotel is awesome! My fiancé and I checked in and stayed for three nights. The whole experience was great. India was one amazing employee she made the check in process smooth and made us feel so welcome. We have never stayed at a hotel and had better service than this one. We will not stay anywhere else anymore. Cameron is another awesome employee, very outgoing and was very assistive with me. I am visually impaired, and she helped me out when she didn’t have to. You don’t find people like that anymore we love the staff our room were great enjoy the fireplace in the lounge lobby area the pool, hot tub, etc. I definitely recommend hands-down. Great hotel with great staff to enjoy no doubt.”

“Rooms are small for a hotel. Bathrooms only have a sliding door, which is inconvenient for a family. Beds were made with dirty sheets and hotel had a strange smell throughout. “We always stay here have always loved the rooms, rates and customers service we stayed earlier this month and there was ants all in the room, room wasn’t cleaned before we checked in, we were moved to another room but seen bugs in the bathroom, room wasn’t cleaned when we left for the day just the bed made and towels left. For this to be recently remodeled the ceiling of the room looked like it had blood stains on it or whoever painted missed a lot. It sure wasn’t like it used to be. The elevators didn’t look like they had been cleaned the whole time we stay nor the area where you come off the elevator. We’ve never had any problems with this hotel til this stay the lady at the front desk her nails were disgusting. She smelled like a cigarette. She was so rude. Not a nice word come out of her mouth. We probably will never stay here again. I’ve never left a negative review anywhere but half the people I ran into on our floor was complaining about the way the hotel was. We spent over 400 dollars to stay here and it was the worse stay ever”

“My first RV park. Booked in for a couple of nights on New Years Day. They were out front to greet me as I pulled up. Very friendly and accommodating on getting me all set up! Seemed great to me. Spot was level and comfortable. Still too chilly to spend much time outside so didn't do much on the campsite. They have some great food available which came in handy as I hadn't yet did any grocery shopping. Pizza was delish and breakfast was alright.”

Corporate greed has gotten out of hand!! we had a death in the family and we were needing to stay in Maryville. I tried to call to get a better rate and they said that they would lose profit if they discounted the rate. I was speechless. We don’t watch football and could care less about football games.”

“The rooms are nice and clean. The beds aren’t the best, I could feel the springs in the mattress and that made it a bit uncomfortable. The pillows are a bit stiff, I wish they had soft ones as well but all were stiff. This kind of made it a little harder to fall asleep. The walls are kind of thin as well. I could hear people next door to me. The shower had only hot or boiling water. I like a Luke warm shower but even on “cold” it was HOT. For $170 a night I would expect a better experience. The breakfast was alright. Nothing special but it was included.”

Everything in our room was clean and cozy. Pillows are fluffy and comfortable. The bed sheets and covers are new, soft and smell clean. The room smelled clean too. The area is good as it is close to most of all attractions. My family and I felt safe and secure here. There’s plenty of parking and space. “Could not get a good explanation of the room rates. Told front desk that i was an honors member and a military vet and would like a king room. Although asked, never got a explantion as to how much the discount would be, simply told this is the rate. The bill i received had honors discount applied not military and the base rate (without discount). So did I really receive a discount or was i just led to believe i received a discount. I guess what i am really asking is whether Hampton Inn could be more transparent regarding rates and applied discounts?”
