“I have stayed in the nicer hotels in Atlanta, DC and New York City. The Edwin beats them hands down. The hotel is beautiful the food is excellent and the rooms have so much attention to detail and are well laid out. Someone put a great deal of thought in the design and layout. I would like to say mention someone was outstanding but I can’t they were all exceptional beginning with my first impression of Joe who welcomed me and took my keys and bags. Well done Edwin, well done.”

“Could not get a good explanation of the room rates. Told front desk that i was an honors member and a military vet and would like a king room. Although asked, never got a explantion as to how much the discount would be, simply told this is the rate. The bill i received had honors discount applied not military and the base rate (without discount). So did I really receive a discount or was i just led to believe i received a discount. I guess what i am really asking is whether Hampton Inn could be more transparent regarding rates and applied discounts?”

“My family stayed here for one night to hunker down on our car trip home. Right of the bat, the woman at the front desk was very kind and gave us some much needed water. We got to our rooms and they smelt nice and clean and everything looked great. I had a problem connecting to the wifi but when I called the front desk they were happy to help. Overall a good stay.”

“5 stars overall. Stayed in room 213, room was clean, and spacious. Bed and towels weren’t stained like some reviews have stated. Do recommend bringing your own toilet paper has their is very cheap and thin. Very good walking distance from most attractions, yet a lot of the same stores in a small area. From our room you could see a small creek and the parking lot. Wasn’t very busy so not much noise. Would stay again.”

“My family stayed here over Christmas. The whole building reeked of marijuana. The room had a kitchen, we had dishes, knives and I pot to cook in, 4 towels for 7 people, no extra blankets or pillows. The one bed was soaking wet. The heat blew hot and cold all night. No room service, had to go ask for towels only to be told there are none, even had to take dirty towels down to front desk. Washers did not work, neither did dryers. Some times there was noone at the desk, people had to wait to check in and one couple forgot their key card and waited 2 hours to be let in. There was no ice machine. They did have a snack machine and a pop machine. Very poorly ran and maintained place. I forgot the toilet clogged up and had to go buy my own $8 plunger so we could use the bathroom”
