“The drink quality here is great. The specialty lattes and teas are creative and full of flavor. The shop had a cool atmosphere with a good execution of the coffee and skull theme that seems to be popular amongst some newer coffee shops. However, the staff was a mixed bag. Some were very friendly while others were somewhat rude. The music was playing so loud that working remotely from here would have been impossible. It is a good place to try out for a cup of coffee but I don’t know if it would be a place I visit again.”

“The chicken bacon ranch wrap is a winner in my book. The sandwiches are made to order so they are always fresh. The menu is varied enough to please everyone. The high chairs are not particularly comfortable or easy to get onto for shorter customers and the cleanliness of the women’s restroom leaves A LOT to be desired. My husband and I usually get take out for these reasons. Sitting outside with their delicious coffee specialties is very nice when the weather cooperates.”

“What a hidden gem this is! Coffee shop with a Laotian menu. I had the khao piak sen and an order of egg rolls. Service was attentive and friendly, food was hot and fresh! If you like spicy, ask for some fresh chili peppers on the side. On my way out, I bought 2 premade pork/egg bao and an iced herbal tea. Such a great little spot- will be back!”

Personal favorites include the iced lemon loaf, the savory chicken, maple butter and egg sandwich, and the customizable oatmeal with a delightful array of toppings – blueberries, brown sugar, dried fruit, nut medley, and agave syrup. The combination of wonderful beverages and friendly service makes this Starbucks my go-to choice.”

“CATERING: Would give 100 stars if I could! So easy to work with! I used the online catering request and received a call same-day to talk about my breakfast order to make sure it was exactly what I wanted and needed. I opted for delivery (very small fee considering the price of gas honestly) and they were not only one time but EARLY- even with morning Boro traffic. The catered biscuits were all labeled and everything was packed perfectly. This is an executive assistant's dream!! Catering that is exactly as described, on time, fresh, and requires no additional work from me. Plus friendly people! They even threw in some extra premium donuts just because they are that awesome. Our executive team was impressed with the taste and variety. Would recommend again and again! IN-CAFE: Atmosphere is upbeat and fun. They actually know what "can you make that vegan?" means (which is a big deal in the South). Vegan cake donuts are to die for. This is my happy place.”

“Awkward customer service. Neither barista seemed very social or interested in answering basic questions. I ordered an iced seasonal latte, and even though they have 16 oz cups for iced drinks, she told me that I can only order a 20 oz in the iced drinks which was way more than I needed or wanted. If you have the cup for it, why wouldn't you let a customer buy that size? We all know that the bigger cup just means more milk and ice. The flavor was good, and I love crushed ice, so that's what my 3 stars are for. Would definitely try a different coffee shop next time.”
