“My wife and I went mattress shopping a few months ago. We visited this place as a last stop after realizing how much mattresses had increased in price over these last few years. We came to this place because we know the cost of most things were lower than anywhere else and boy did we get the worst service ever. Three men offered to load the mattress onto our vehicle. They were probably at my car for a total of 30 seconds, it was a very poor job at strapping this mattress down. We pull out of the parking lot and the mattress goes flying off and takes the rack of my car with it, breaking it. I reached back out to the manager of the store who was extremely rude and unprofessional (even went as far as texting my cell phone from his personal cell phone) so I contacted corporate. For MONTHS they have given me the run around about fixing my car. Was told by multiple people my car would be fixed and it wouldn’t be an issue. Months later impatiently waiting for my car to be fixed that THEY broke I receive an email telling me my claim had been denied. We went to this place for a decently priced mattress, not to replace a rack on my car that we didn’t break. I’m super unhappy with this and I hope they don’t do business like this with everyone else. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend anyone going there. If I could give 0 stars I would. Simply fixing what they broke was the right thing to do but I guess this company doesn’t care about people anymore. Damn shame.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this, Tractor Supply. The last time that the manager, Amanda went out of her way to help me. I I knew I wanted to write a review and I didn’t get around to it. I’m not going to let that get by me this time. Not only did she help me last time to redeem my rewards points, and actually helped me price match all of my items since I was going to have to go to the Athens Tractor Supply, but this time I forgot that they closed on Sunday and so when I went to pick up my curbside pick up, they were already closed! They had been close for 10 minutes, but nevertheless, she allowed me to pick up my items at the front door. The other manager Amanda literally helped me roll up to Matt so I can shove them in my car when my truck was in the shop. Both of them have gone above and beyond, and I could not be more grateful! The employees they have right now are happy and eager to help you in anyway that they can!”

“Want to stand 8 deep in line to self check because there are literally no lines open whatsoever? Then this is the place for you!! You will also be a fan of this Kroger if you like half stocked shelves and brown lettuce. I would suggest that they could take out the clothing section to add more food, but again, I'm sure the shelves would be bare. So I guess that's the one thing they do have, clothes. They have also revamped the front quarter of their store to showcase their cheap wine which always seems to be stocked. Because when I think of Kroger, I think of cheap wine and clothes...”

“Great experience overall. We have been many times, so we clearly like it. We especially like the Connecticut style lobster rolls (warm with hot butter on a toasted roll). I have some constructive criticisms: 1. Get rid of the metal salt and pepper grinders. They don’t work. I have to unscrew the lids to get to the salt and pepper because they are always jamming. The servers agree with me. 2. Serve your water with ice, not just cool. 3. Don’t be so skimpy on the lemons. Each wedge is half the size of a normal wedge. 4. Are you using seedless lemons? Seedless lemons don’t have as much flavor as regular lemons. Your lemons do not have the flavor of a regular lemon. 5. Stop carving out the main core of the lemons please. With my comments aside, it’s still a great place. Reservations are strongly recommended.”

“I’ve been a loyal customer of this Target location off Old Hickory in Nashville, TN, for quite some time. It’s in an ideal spot, making it convenient for my family to shop. The store offers a wide variety of products, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. However, I do have one minor concern. The Men’s clothing section has noticeably shrunk over the years, and it appears that it’s been under construction for an extended period. The same clothing items have been on the shelves since 2020, and it would be great to see some fresh additions. Nonetheless, this Target remains a fantastic place to shop for our family’s needs.”

“Had to wade through a group of 6 or 7 employees smoking and blocking the sidewalk in front of the store. All were engrossed in a conversation and in their cigarettes while blowing a huge cloud of smoke in the faces of all trying to shop. Had to step into the street to try to avoid them as they were blocking the sidewalk in front of the store. Rude, disgusting, and indifferent are the words that come to mind. More than this is the fact of the health hazard it presents for people like me who have a heart condition. I complained to a clerk at customer service and got a bored and offended look for my trouble. She obviously didn't want to be bothered. Don't come here if you're expecting courtesy, they don't know what the word means.”

“worst target experience of my life. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a place before. To start off with we were in the fitting rooms when a (manager) I’m assuming it was come into the fitting area and told me and another woman to move our carts out of the area. Mind you they were in the open part out of way where the employees in there could see. I got up and moved my cart out of the way while the other woman asked why they had to be moved and the (manager) lady proceeded to get a attitude with her while another employee folding clothes joined in and also got a attitude. So I finally left the fitting room and took my 4 items to the self check where I was not greeted or even given a friendly smile. I checked out my swimsuits dress and hair chip and left to go get Starbucks. After I got my Starbucks I left the store but the alarms went off. I started looking through my bags and realized my tags for the swim suit were still on. A problem that could have been easily avoided if an employee had been paying attention to my cart when I come up to self check. I go back to the self check to ask this same (manager) woman to remove my tags she DID NOT once speak to me, smile at me, and gave me a very nasty look when I couldn’t find my receipt due to me panicking thinking they were gonna think I was stealing. I’m a younger girl and I’ve never had something like that happen before and I get nervous really easy and her acting like that did not help. She stood there judging me while I looked through my purse and eventually crossed her arms showing how impatient she was getting with me. I do not appreciate how I was treated and will not be returning to this target ever again. My best advice is go to the one in Florence they are by far the best one I’ve ever been too very sweet and helpful over there. But as far as this target get new employees train your staff better…”

“I would like to have left 4 stars however my reasoning is not the stores fault. The only thing I would change about this store is the grocery items available. I don't like having to travel to Bristol to get vegan items (especially the mac and cheese) when this target is local. I've never had an issue with this store in terms of cleanliness, customer service, and quality. It is a great smaller target but provides big store customer service. I recently had to do a return and the store agents were very professional throughout the entire process.”

“Terrible experience. Bought a whole furniture bed set since last year. The bed frame broke a week into using it we fixed it. Then a few months later we moved out of our apartment and into a house the bed frame broke again no matter how much times we tried to fix it. When had a warranty and they refused to do anything to help us because we moved (crazy). They gave us a number of a person that they guaranteed could fix the frame for us and the number isn’t working, when we tried to call. This place is full of scammers and faulty furniture that the workers don’t want to deal with. My husband and I have gone there many times looking for help and still nothing! We are also still paying off this furniture set we can’t even use and have been sleeping in the living room because of it. Beware!!! Do not buy here !!! I’ll contacting the better buisness bureau and corporate next.”

“While shopping for my daughter (toddler) some birthday shoes she immediately had to go to the restroom (urgent). In a panic I ask Lam (Employee) where to find the restroom and she completely ignored me! She witnessed my toddler making a fuss not to pee on herself. Once I saw the restroom I just try to get her name then she tells me she is on break. I asked for the manager Angela who is out and was told that Lam is the assistant manager! Wow!! If you are on break walking the floor it’s human decency to help. Customer service doesn’t exist to Lam.”
