“Had a fantastic break at Concierge Camping. From the ultra friendly welcome when we arrived to the moment we left everyone was so friendly and helpful and the facilities were immaculate. We enjoyed our Japanese curry over in the bar area on Friday night and greatly appreciated the heaters and blankets provided as it was freezing outside. Our pitch was large and beautifully presented with tall hedges around offering greenery and privacy - like being in our own little garden. The future plans for the site are very exciting and we are looking forward to staying on one of the new pitches. In addition to a perfect break - when we had a problem with our electricity Guy helped us in double quick time. Thank you very much -Guy. We will definitely be back to enjoy Concierge and the lovely area around.”

“Absolutely brilliant caravan site. Was due to stay in our touring caravan. However, decided to see about staying in a static instead. Wooda where very helpful and accommodating to this (a week before arriving). The static we stayed in (palm C10) was lovely and perfectly located. With a great sea view. Comfortable static with ample space. Did have a look in the toilet block and the standard was excellent. Onside bar seemed a little pricey however no difference to local area. Bude is close by and a lovely town with great beach.”

“Amazing place. Amazing friendly staff. Arrived at 6pm after a horrendous journey due to weather and Friday evening traffic, to be greeted at the gate by a lovely guy who got us an awesome pitch. Once the camper was set up we revisited the reception and had a good chat with all the staff. Then walked into the amazing village for a pub crawl. We will be back soon. Xxx”

“I can't fault the site but I would have liked much more. We didn't have an awning and the rain was heavy. I imagined indoor areas to eat and hang out and that wasn't available. It's quite minimal with just one food van for two hours in the eve and a small shop. Access to the Lake is great but there's no views of it from the site and not much for teens and families otherwise.”

The added amenities like the gym, spa, and bike rental service from Huff and Puff Cycles were a great touch, though families might need to plan for the cost. The staff's exceptional service and the safe, family-friendly environment with lovely night sky, woodland walks with deer and squirrels, playgrounds, bike trails and steam train make this place excellent for all nature enthusiasts. Highly recommended for an all-encompassing outdoor retreat.”

“Well, what can I say about Beachside? We simply LOVE this place. The accommodation is great for what we need it for - we opt for bungalows. The views are simply superb, and the beach is stunning on sunny days. The on-site shop and restaurant are really handy too, but we only used them once. “Great campsite which served as a very good base for exploring the Lake District. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially with suggesting easier and closer routes when the weather inevitably turned bad. We stayed here over the new year. It’s about a 25 minute walk into Keswick down a lovely scenic path however this does take a little bit longer coming back up the hill (and after a few beverages). It is worth noting that groups are not allowed and vehicles are not allowed in after 22:30. Dog-friendly, good day room with underfloor heating, laundry room and a dry room (dry room wasn’t the best, there was no form of heating at all and the enclosures were only big enough for a small garment). Toilet and shower facilities were really modern and clean. Thank you to the gents that looked after us and we hope to see you again soon.”
