“I knew new tires were needed for my wife’s car, so I went to purchase them on Thursday for a Friday morning install. On Friday, they open at 8:00am, which is a first-come-first-serve opportunity in the early morning. I arrived at 7:30am. There was already one car in the parking lot. By 7:45am there was 6. A couple of late comers were aggravated and acting pushy. You know that awkward feeling you get when you see pushy people trying to position to be first. Well, Discount Tire knows exactly how to handle that. After their team meeting, an army of workers walked out, each went to a different car and greeted everyone one on one. It immediately put all at ease. They took my car at 7:55am. Returned with my 4 new tires - set and ready to go at 8:14am. Wow, that was fast!!! Great job Discount Tire and team.”

“Called about getting four brand new tires, Spoke with Eric and he quoted me a price to best a competitor near by. Explained Saturday was the only day I had available due to my schedule and Eric guaranteed it would be Saturday like the competitor. However Eric said they needed to get the tires from another warehouse and he would call me on Saturday to let me know what time I could bring in my car. I waited at home until the late afternoon and Eric never called back. Very disappointed because I could have taken it to the competitor if I was notified that they couldn’t get the tires or etc. Never used Discount Tires and I probably never will after this.”

“If you value your life and those that ride with you you’ll stay away from this place. I had an alignment done since I bought new tires. First they tell me they need to tighten two bolts up before alignment and it would be an extra 10.00 per wheel to remove wheel to get to bolt so I agreed to pay. After alignment I drove home but car was pulling hard to the right then it was making clanging noises and felt like front end was going to fall out under car. I got under the car to find one of the bolts he tightened was over tight and he broke it off making bar not even connected to steering. He never told me he broke it and of course the alignment was no good since it was broken and why it was pulling hard to left. Also I was able to put on new part to fix it without removing wheels so he could’ve done the same. I called and the young Hispanic girl said I’ll tell him annd that was it and I never received a call back at all. He put my life at risk by not fixing what he broke or even telling me about it. I think their ratings are from a previous owner of this store because I’d been there years ago and it was an older white gentleman now everyone there is Hispanic and the girl at from counter is just a kid. You’ve been warned. Btw I also had five1 dollar bills in the console But when I got home, I opened the console and noticed the money was moved. I counted it and there were only four1 dollar bills now. I guess they thought I wouldn’t miss one dollar.”
