“Went for the Halloween drift/autocross event. Was great, there happened to be a car show with alot of variety. The autocross event was great. Drifting, drag racing, r/c drift, was great venue. The food truck was a bit pricey at $20 plate considering that was the amount to get into event. Will be back more often for sure”

“Purchasing my boat was a breeze. They delivered it for a small fee that was super helpful!!! The person who delivered it went over everything with us the best he could. The 3 star came when my husband and I contacted the dealership because our new boat had engine problems this past weekend and we were needing to get it looked at. We live 4 hrs away from this dealership and the lady who answered the phone said we can bring it in. When asked about someone closer she said “i mean i can google” in a very smarta** way like I was being an inconvenience by asking. I didn’t know my husband contacted them already so rest assured, she told me. When i called him to tell him how unhelpful she was, he said he got the same attitude. My question was if there was anywhere near me that was certified to fix it under warranty or would it have to be a dealer. When she said dealer, i asked her if there was one closer but after the obvious inconvenience i told her I would google myself. So be warned with the lovely attitude you’ll receive when you need your boat fixed. Buying anything goes far beyond the sale. Thankfully the dealer in Old Hickory TN was very nice and helpful. Side note: We bought our boat at the Nashville boat show so at the time we didn’t know how far they were away”

“1 star for the car actually being good quality. However, You make the car buying process a nightmare with all the lies and awful excuses. Here's your warning, if you want to be laughed at or belittled because you know what you are talking about when purchasing a car, Serra is the place to go (NOT)! Luckily they had 'The' car or I would have gone elsewhere. P.s. always make sure you have financing before going to the dealership as a backup option. Make sure you ask to see the call sheet from the bank as well. Most of the time, they are adding points to your interest rate so they get a bigger kickback from the financing bank. I also learned Friday that if one bank offers you a 9% interest rate (even with their points added) they aren't going to offer you the best rate they have been offered. We negotiated rates on Friday and the best they could offer was 11.89%... I asked for the call sheet to be sent to me and low and behold they sent me a new rate offering 11.49% (side note, this call sheet was time stamped AFTER he gave me the 11.89%)... Wow, what savings! When I went to the financing office he (Johnathan Cox) let it slip a bank offered less than a 10%, but with his 2.5 point leverage it wasn't a better deal for me in the end 🤔. So therefore he wasn't going to sell me the car because that affected his commission. We showed up Saturday to talk to the sales manager to figure out why the finance manager wouldnt let us purchase a car with the best interest rate we were offered? Well Shucks!!! He wanted to get right on it and see what was going on... Super helpful right!? You would think so! Of course he came back with an even better rate this time! But, to get this rate, I needed to increase my term from 36 months to 48 months...🤨 Keep in mind that we are putting $10,000 down on a $20k car. I've lost count of all the 🚩🚩🚩's at this point, but I do notice that the time stamp for this call sheet from Leaders was BEFORE they even submitted and presented me with the 11.89% interest rate 🙄🙄🙄 yall!!! Needless to say, by the time we left the dealership, there were no big smiles nor an invite back (even if the feeling is mutual). Be aware out here! Car salesmen are not your friends! This has been posted to all of their facebook pages in which they keep removing the tags to and blocking people for good honest reviews. Keep that in mind when looking at reviews. If you are only seeing the positive, somethings wrong... If you have made it this far, thanks for coming to my rant!”

“These guys were great! On the first day after the big snow fall they were open when most places of any type were not. I drove in to have them scope a lock on a work truck bin that I lost a key for. Within 20-25 minutes they had identified what kind of key, how many pins and had two copies cut for me. The price was incredible fair at about $26 where the mobile guy wanted $95, and probably wouldn't have had the key that I needed. Top notch! Recommended.”
