“We have worked with Cindy Anderson Crocker at The Wilson Group on two occasions: first, to buy a home in 2015, and second, to sell that home in 2023. In both cases, we were delighted with how well she served us, and how hard she worked to meet our needs. In particular, Cindy has a keen eye for the kinds of details that present the best face of a property, like lighting fixtures and yard preparation. We are very happy with the outcome of the recent home sale and highly recommend Cindy to any prospective sellers or buyers.”

“Although I don't reside in the apartment complex, I've had the pleasure of knowing the manager, Camila, both as a friend and colleague. Their dedication to ensuring a positive living experience for residents is truly commendable. From our professional interactions, it's evident that she bring a high level of professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine concern for the well-being of the tenants. Any community would be fortunate to have such a caring and capable manager overseeing their affairs.”

“So far it's been a nice experience. The staff in the leasing office are always very helpful and kind. My only real complaint so far is the way they have it set up to receive packages. I've had only one package delivered to the "parcel room" and didn't get it. So I now have all my packages delivered to a nearby relative's home, but still have to pay a "package handling" fee every month. Granted, this is most likely the USPS at fault here, but it's a shame to be paying for a service that I cannot rely on.”

“If I could give these folks a negative 10 star review I would!!! If these folks are managing your property, you might want to check on it. They rented a property in my neighborhood for one of their clients. They rented to a 6 man work crew. The unit they are managing and rented out is a 1260 Sq ft condo with 3 bedrooms. The Occupancy Law states no more than 3 unrelated adults in a 3 bedroom. They rented to 6. Those 6 brought 6 more. Those 12 brought 4 to 6 more people. We had 6 to 18 people at one time in one unit. Those people have trashed our neighborhood. They have taxed our sewer system to the point that toilets and sinks are backing up in our building. Our HOA and attorney are having to get involved because of the trouble, trash, and extra vehicles these people have brought to us. How??? How in the world does an award winning company not know the Occupancy Law??? Inexcusable!!!! Their tenants have already had State Troopers raid the home due to some of their activities. They have now "inspected" said property and are having the tenants clean up and comply. What about OUR neighborhood??? The sewer system being over worked, the gas that's leaked onto one of our parking spots, the continual trash everywhere, and the taking up of visitors' spots. The constant cat calling and general uncomfortable element their tenants have brought to our quiet and safe community. They knew exactly what they were doing. They did this for the almighty dollar without any care nor concern for the people around the unit they rented. They have placed the homeowner in a horrible position. They now have fines from the HOA and have to deal with the destruction that has occurred to the home. SWERVE AT ALL COSTS!!!! If they handle your property, just know that they will stick revolving work crews in your home without any care nor concern for you, your property, or other homeowners around your unit. How dare them!!! How absolute dare them do this to us, our homes, and our community!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!! SWERVE!!!!!!! They have blatantly violated the law and OUR Civil Rights!!!!”

“I was a cosigner on my daughter's apartment for 1 year. Upon the closing of her lease, we moved out on time and cleaned her room. Rent was on autopay. I NEVER received any information of additional charges or an outstanding balance. They reported a collection to my credit 4 months later. I have left messages and no one has called me back. I will be disputing this and I believe they have changed their name several times to outrun their horrible reputation. Do not rent from them.”

“Ms. Watkins is one of the most professional women I’ve come across in the industry. I shop properties to provide quality assurance feedback to the executive level. Whoever, hired this young lady, phenomenal placement. She answered the call with an effervescent personality which made me want to stop by to see if that personality stood out in person. She stood and greeted me, knew my name, the office was pleasantly scented and clean. She offered me a refreshments and gave me a fun personalized tour of the community. I would highly recommend Janee’ Watkins for all your property management needs. She Top Tier!!!”

“I shall start at the beginning. My partner booked this place for our much anticipated once in a lifetime visit to Nashville. Our flights were amazing, taxis etc. Then we get dropped off out side the apartment block, a key pad to the left hand side is all we can see , we had been given a code, so naturally thought that this would be the keypad to put the code number in, in order to gain access to the building. NOPE! You actually have to wait for someone to come out of the main door or blag your way in. The main entrance door has bits missing off it and has been victim to abuse. Finally we get into the block of apartments and make our way to the lift…. Several residents with dogs coming and going, one lady asked if we were Airbnb as she rolled her eyes. Getting to our apartment No 235, we were greeted with a twisted sign and a door frame that looks like someone has attempted to break in! The 4 digit code you are given is actually for this door, how on earth you would gain entry to the building other than “pissed” off residents helping out. Anyway once in the apartment we were greeted with , well what can only be described as a basement smell! Damp stale air! We immediately opened the blinds which were all down and closed adding to the basement feel I guess? Dirty windows full of dust, scuffed walls, chipped paint to most walls disappointing. On a plus it’s overlooking a pleasant communal garden area. The apartment has lots of cupboards, so not really aimed at traveler’s as 75 % will never be used, however the walk in wardrobe was very handy with a few odd coat hangers . Bed comfortable enough and plenty of towels in the bathroom. Could NOT find the hairdryer!!!! Very annoying with wet hair, as we needed to go out for food. Kitchen….. 🙈 cutlery on offer was limited to say the least! Not enough of anything! 5 saucepan lids and only 1 saucepan, honestly was starting to lose my patience by now! an assortment of odd glasses and plates and bowls with chips. Why? Basic stuff You would think that its standard to count and check these things prior to guests arriving. My partner messaged the agent about our issues; cutlery was delivered the next morning and hairdryer later ! After night 1 we both started to feel sick, headache and muscle ache…. Every time we left the apartment we seemed to walk it off and by the time we got to downtown we were fine….. after 3 nights we came to the conclusion that the apartment was our problem! I think The air conditioning filters need attention or something does! We went on the Jack Daniels tour today and after an hour felt alive again , without a doubt our feelings iLL and breathing problems were down to No 235! We decided to leave and book into a hotel for our last night a good night’s sleep before a 15 hour travel home is needed! The thin walls and constant coming and goings of this very busy apartment block, ongoing damp smell and depressing interior , I’d seriously think twice ! It’s worth spending more on a hotel in my opinion, at least there is always someone on hand to help if needed….. which certainly is not the case with this place. AVOID!!!!!!!! I really wish (I) had read the reviews on this accommodation. I have now…. Please DO NOT insult us with the suggestion that we come back again and have you meet us etc …. You should get in right the first time! I’m writing this review from 1 hotel, a super calming clean delicious smelling place , with a bed as comfortable as a cloud. I guess this one is a case of “you get what you pay for”!”

“DO NOT MOVE HERE I lived in this apartment complex from 1/2020 until 2/2023. At first it was a great place to live. They had reasonable prices, the location was great, and the service was great! By the time I left, that was no longer the case. They continue to raise the rent by hundreds of dollars, despite not offering services to match the price increase. Maintenance used to be super quick when I first moved in. By the end, they were doing things like “fixing” our sink, but wiring it to where red = cold water and blue = hot water. We had to send multiple requests to get our dryer fixed. It was overheating and wouldn’t turn off when the door was opened, so our clothes smelled like smoke and we used our meat thermometer to test the heat and it was reading 200 degrees! They also charge for everything. You have to pay for parking. But will you get a spot close to your apartment? Not likely! I was consistently parking multiple buildings away despite paying. If you want USPS to leave packages you’ll have to pay for Parcel Pending. The other services (UPS, FedEx, Amazon) will leave packages, but if it won’t fit in a small mailbox, USPS won’t leave it unless you pay! I went to the post office four times during this last Christmas season to pick up packages that they wouldn’t leave. Also, you have to pay for valet trash pickup. It’s $30 a month. However, in the last month of my lease, the trash pickup people forgot to get my trash one day. The front office said it was still our responsibility (despite paying $360 a year for it not to be our responsibility) and promptly charged us $25 per bag. The most interesting thing that happened while I lived there was that during a storm one night, a tree fell onto my car (picture included). What did Carrington Hills do? Nothing! They sent me to their insurance people, who told me it was an “act of nature”, so they weren’t responsible. There are other problems as well, such as loud neighbors, the drifting smell of marijuana smoke coming from other apartments, trash being left out, periods where the steps are falling apart, a Draconian front office, and so on. It’s sad that a place that I really loved the first year or two that I lived there has fallen to where it is now. Hopefully they can get back to where they once were! Until then, please do your research and stay clear of Carrington Hills (and other UDR apartments). Thanks for reading my rant lol.”
