Panther Creek Parc

3625 Manson Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37129, United States

“My husband and I have lived here for over a year and have enjoyed every day of it! From day one, the staff (especially Logan, Chad, and Adam) have gone above and beyond to be accommodating. If we have a maintenance request, Logan is at our door within minutes. Even in the middle of the night! If we have a concern or need (no matter how small), Chad addresses it immediately and effectively. Thanks to Adam’s firm positivity and honest reflections on all aspects of the property, we took a chance on renting here and we are so grateful that we did. Praises continue: The whole property is surrounded by gorgeous trees and careful landscaping. The pool is secluded (away from the road and not surrounded by apartments - thank goodness!) salt water, and laid out beautifully with grills and plenty of seating. The gym is clean and most of the equipment is up to date. The community amenities are more diverse than other rental communities and they are always refining them to stay current or make us feel more comfortable. The staff also works hard to create fun community experiences and offers deals and treats as often as possible. All apartments have high ceilings, updated appliances, ours has hardwood flooring, and our balcony has a screened in porch to keep bugs away while we relax. We have found a haven that feels like home and are surrounded by a staff that cares about our experience. Fully satisfied and grateful! The only complaints I could utter would be tenant related and that’s out of the staff’s control and unavoidable in apartment living, but the staff here addresses issues quickly, and as promised.”

“We just moved into this beautiful community and couldn’t be happier! There are so many amenities and everyone is incredibly friendly. The move in process was easy and the office answered all of our questions with care. As a plus the buildings are being repainted and new mail houses were installed. I Would highly recommend South Wind!!”

“Although I don't reside in the apartment complex, I've had the pleasure of knowing the manager, Camila, both as a friend and colleague. Their dedication to ensuring a positive living experience for residents is truly commendable. From our professional interactions, it's evident that she bring a high level of professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine concern for the well-being of the tenants. Any community would be fortunate to have such a caring and capable manager overseeing their affairs.”

Great responsiveness to issues. Well-kept amenities and property. Truly breathtaking views. Never had a worry while I’ve been here. 800 19th Ave S, Nashville, TN 37203, United States

“Every morning when I open my eyes and my feet hit the floor I stand up and gaze out of my floor-to-ceiling windows at the most vibrant and inspired section of Nashville, TN. Music Row. Midtown. Everyday, just outside the lobby doors of this fashionable downtown loft community, dreams are coming true and neighbors are rising into superstars! While just inside those same doors V, Nicholas, Esther, Carrol, Jess, Mike, Emily, Katie, Delaney, Shane, Jason and an array of amazing staff are treating each resident like superstars. Our community has access to a bevy of 5-star amenities including pool, cabanas, bars, grills, a community garden; all with a birds-eye-view of Midtown and its free celebrity events such as the famed “Whiskey Jam” at Winner’s Bar. We take advantage of the rooftop dog park, world class fitness facility and meticulously decorated community spaces. Our residents are provided a plethora of inclusive activities such as fitness classes, special themed foodie events, comedy shows, and you’ll likely find me at the weekly “Lobby Jams” where residents and their friends are given a platform to share the gift of music and art. Many residents come down to listen and enjoy; perhaps while studying for their exams at nearby Vanderbilt & Belmont Universities. Kenect is literally at the epicenter of Nashville boasting walking distance to Broadway, Demonbreun, The Gulch, West End, Church St. & Belcourt areas. We never suffer from boredom in this neighborhood. And at Kenect we actually act like neighbors! We do life together and it’s amazing! My personal space is efficient, well equipped, and temperature stays the way I like it without fighting with the thermostat. I have enough cabinetry and storage for a single man. And most days I feel like I’m waking up in a 5-star hotel suite in Downtown Nashville. (…which can cost $400/night) In all honesty… I chose Kenect for the people. And I’m getting every penny worth what I pay for it. From the staff, to the residents to the community and visitors our neighborhood attracts. There is so much goodness crammed into this amazing structure at the entrance of Midtown. Come Kenect with us!”

Albion At Murfreesboro

( 8 reviews )

285 N Rutherford Blvd, Murfreesboro, TN 37130, United States

“I was a cosigner on my daughter's apartment for 1 year. Upon the closing of her lease, we moved out on time and cleaned her room. Rent was on autopay. I NEVER received any information of additional charges or an outstanding balance. They reported a collection to my credit 4 months later. I have left messages and no one has called me back. I will be disputing this and I believe they have changed their name several times to outrun their horrible reputation. Do not rent from them.”

“I shall start at the beginning. My partner booked this place for our much anticipated once in a lifetime visit to Nashville. Our flights were amazing, taxis etc. Then we get dropped off out side the apartment block, a key pad to the left hand side is all we can see , we had been given a code, so naturally thought that this would be the keypad to put the code number in, in order to gain access to the building. NOPE! You actually have to wait for someone to come out of the main door or blag your way in. The main entrance door has bits missing off it and has been victim to abuse. Finally we get into the block of apartments and make our way to the lift…. Several residents with dogs coming and going, one lady asked if we were Airbnb as she rolled her eyes. Getting to our apartment No 235, we were greeted with a twisted sign and a door frame that looks like someone has attempted to break in! The 4 digit code you are given is actually for this door, how on earth you would gain entry to the building other than “pissed” off residents helping out. Anyway once in the apartment we were greeted with , well what can only be described as a basement smell! Damp stale air! We immediately opened the blinds which were all down and closed adding to the basement feel I guess? Dirty windows full of dust, scuffed walls, chipped paint to most walls disappointing. On a plus it’s overlooking a pleasant communal garden area. The apartment has lots of cupboards, so not really aimed at traveler’s as 75 % will never be used, however the walk in wardrobe was very handy with a few odd coat hangers . Bed comfortable enough and plenty of towels in the bathroom. Could NOT find the hairdryer!!!! Very annoying with wet hair, as we needed to go out for food. Kitchen….. 🙈 cutlery on offer was limited to say the least! Not enough of anything! 5 saucepan lids and only 1 saucepan, honestly was starting to lose my patience by now! an assortment of odd glasses and plates and bowls with chips. Why? Basic stuff You would think that its standard to count and check these things prior to guests arriving. My partner messaged the agent about our issues; cutlery was delivered the next morning and hairdryer later ! After night 1 we both started to feel sick, headache and muscle ache…. Every time we left the apartment we seemed to walk it off and by the time we got to downtown we were fine….. after 3 nights we came to the conclusion that the apartment was our problem! I think The air conditioning filters need attention or something does! We went on the Jack Daniels tour today and after an hour felt alive again , without a doubt our feelings iLL and breathing problems were down to No 235! We decided to leave and book into a hotel for our last night a good night’s sleep before a 15 hour travel home is needed! The thin walls and constant coming and goings of this very busy apartment block, ongoing damp smell and depressing interior , I’d seriously think twice ! It’s worth spending more on a hotel in my opinion, at least there is always someone on hand to help if needed….. which certainly is not the case with this place. AVOID!!!!!!!! I really wish (I) had read the reviews on this accommodation. I have now…. Please DO NOT insult us with the suggestion that we come back again and have you meet us etc …. You should get in right the first time! I’m writing this review from 1 hotel, a super calming clean delicious smelling place , with a bed as comfortable as a cloud. I guess this one is a case of “you get what you pay for”!”

Marina Pointe Apartments

5750 Lake Resort Dr, Chattanooga, TN 37415, United States

“Lived at this complex with my girlfriend for 2 years in their loft style apartment. Nothing but problems. Cockroaches, cockroaches, and even more cockroaches. First night after we moved in, I was greeted by 10+ cockroaches in the kitchen, as well as one in the bedroom. We let them know about this and someone came and sprayed for maybe 30 seconds, and that was it. Did nothing. Was a battle for the entirety of the 2 years we lived there, and I wish the next tenants luck. Good luck taking an evening stroll without dodging cockroaches on the sidewalk as well! Maintenance is dreadfully understaffed. Our air conditioning went out during the middle of the summer, and we had to wait A MONTH just to get a window unit installed in our bedroom. Them leaving tenants without air conditioning in the SUMMER for a month is unacceptable. Never received any formal apology or compensation. After that we had to wait another month to have a new unit installed, in which the installers left us a lovely stain on the carpet (which we were later billed for after moving out, even though we spent $100 on a carpet cleaner trying to clean up their stain). The leasing office is impossible to get into contact with. They never answer the phone. The office was hardly ever busy, and I don't understand what is so hard about picking up a phone. I won't even get into the absurd rent price for the loft unit, because that is on us for letting them talk us into it. We were the perfect tenants. Respectful to our neighbors, never harassed anyone in the office about the absurd delays on every maintenance request, never smoked, and left our apartment looking better than we found it, and with significantly less cockroaches. Didn't matter, they took advantage of us on move-out and billed us for things that were unbelievably minor and I know they will not be fixed, as they were issues prior to us moving in two years ago. Please save yourself the headache and stay away. Can't even tell you how many next door neighbors we saw come and go, and it is pretty obvious why the turnover rate at this complex is so high.”

Compass Auctions & Real Estate

3114 Freeman St, Chattanooga, TN 37406, United States

“I will never use Compass again they run an auction and sell stuff and say sold only to have it resold at a different auction the following day to try and get more money. Never sent an invoice but clearly had bid on these items and they said SOLD! Only to have them say when I called that the items where relisted to try and get more money. I'm not opposed to having reserves on items but when they are unspoken is not good business.”

Waterford Landing Apartment Homes

“My family and I have been living at Waterford Landing Apartments, for the past four years now. And, we love it here! It’s close to the interstate and Kroger is just down the street. The ladies in the office are nice and always helpful. If you’re looking for somewhere to call “home” this is the best place to start!”

300 Hickory Apartments

300 Hickory Hollow Pl, Nashville, TN 37013, United States

“I move out from June 9th & made many attempts to call & the office five staff ignored the phone, do you know how many times I have to drive all the way to the property since I have moved just to speak to someone to get an update on the deposit that I’m still get to receive over 3 months. I came by today and the workers are comfortably seated inside having a great time with the closed sign on the door, they sat & ignored me even after I knocked as if no one was there, this is the type of treatment we as residents get at 300 Hickory Apartments they don’t care or value the residents. I’m tired of all the pushbacks In regards to my deposit. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE I won’t even dive into the issues during the time I was living here. I would NEVER RECOMMEND”
