Nipika Mountain Resort
4.9
( 8 reviews )
Close until 05:00 PM

9200 Settler's Rd, Radium Hot Springs, BC V0A 1M0, Canada

“I usually come here for xc skiing around Xmas and the trail conditions are hit or miss. Last year, the snow was perfect but due to illnesses with staff, not all the trails could be groomed and trackset. This year, the lack of snow was a factor with challenging conditions which made the skiing a lot more technical but they were groomed and trackset. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating which always supercede my expectations. Once we were late coming back to the car and where we had stored our stuff was inside the rental place. We thought we couldn't get our stuff but the staff had graciously left the door unlocked and we were able to retrieve everything. We were planning on skiing early the next morning and were advised that we could pay whenever we got back. We love that we are treated with trust and respect by the staff and I will keep coming back.”

Beaver Lake Resort

Close until 03:00 PM

6350 Beaver Lake Rd, Lake Country, BC V4V 1T5, Canada

“I have been going to this camp ground every year labor day weekend since I can remember. Everything about this place is amazing. The owners and staff are so very accommodating and friendly. You can rent boats to take out on the water. Fresh waffles at the office including any other ingredients you may have forgotten. Playground for the kids. Cabins are phenomenal. Communal washrooms are always clean and have hot water. Can't wait to go up again this year. Thanks Adrian and family for always making my visit special. Update! Just got back from a week up at the cabin (Sep 2023) and we LOVED it. It just never gets old.. I booked 2 yrs in advance, thats how much we enjoyed ourselves. Counting down the days till next visit!”

“Probably one of the nicest campgrounds I’ve stayed at! Very friendly and helpful staff, clean bathrooms. Beautiful/ private sites. Great location if you are stopping on your way to the island. Was upset we couldn’t have stayed longer.”

Riverside | A Parkbridge Camping & Rv Resort
4
( 16 reviews )

8018 Mons Rd, Whistler, BC V8E 1K6, Canada

“It was a great stay and a good value. Going back and recommending it to everyone. It’s near the village and it’s peaceful and quiet. The cabin is just the right size for a family of three. However, we cannot let our child climb up the ladder because they are not designed for children. It’s complete with everything we need and the couch is comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. It’s a great choice for us around Whistler.”

Kimberley Riverside Campground
4.5
( 8 reviews )

Site 500 St Marys Lake Rd, Kimberley, BC V1A 3B9, Canada

“Our family (and extended family) has been coming here for 7 summers and the quality of this campsite has gone way down hill, especially this summer 2023)since the city isnt running it. There are a majority of kids working here which are giving very poor customer service to guests. i had to ask twice in a one week stay for toilet paper to be restocked in the bathrooms and it took 3 times of asking each time to finally see it being done. cleanliness of bathrooms are below acceptable. must just go in there and mop floors, as there's dirt marks and hair all over stalls. water pressure for showers are hit and miss, with it not staying any specific temp. One of the biggest let-downs are that campers are subject to pay, IN FULL, a year in advance for bookings, with huge price increases on sites. They will not waver on that rule, and punish campers who haven't changed/modified/canceled any of the years they have been staying here. that simply isn't feasible for most who are trying to book sites they enjoy. That is a new implemented rule as of this season which will make it tough to find a site here suitable to your needs. Employees are unable to answer questions we have regarding sup/kayak/e-bike rentals or even about local sightseeing attractions etc. and they don't seem to care if they rent out sub par equipment (we were told there's a patch kit in the paddle board bags if there's a hole in it when we get to our destination to use them.) Unfortunately this establishment will not see us returning, which is unfortunate given the city of Kimberley and area have been such an enjoyable retreat for many years for us.”

Capilano River Rv Park
3.9
( 8 reviews )

295 Tomahawk Ave, West Vancouver, BC V7P 1C5, Canada

“This is a very nice RV camping facility with excellent bicycle access to Stanly Island Park and the Vancouver City. The restrooms and showers are reasonably clean and functional. The staff is very friendly. All the RV sites are concrete pads with grass and some shade early and late in the day. Our Starlink worked well but due to the high density, throughput is reduced in the evening. I observed rats scurrying around in the bushes so be sure to close all the hatches/doors in your rig, don’t leave food around and dispose your trash properly. We spent a day riding our Rad E-bikes all around the harbor. Lots to see and do. I would highly recommend this RV campground.”

Fort Victoria Rv Park
4.1
( 16 reviews )

129 Burnett Rd, Victoria, BC V9B 4P6, Canada

“This RV park is located in a quiet community and had bus stops close by that can take you to Victoria downtown. I really like the laundry room which serves like a little community centre. It has a little library and small pantry. I believe they are all by donation. Shower is free but they do have a relatively small hot water tank so water needs to be used consciously.”

Knouff Lake Wilderness Resort
4.6
( 8 reviews )

9608 Knouff Lake Rd W, Heffley Creek, BC V0E 1Z0, Canada

“Hidden Gem.... a phrase used quite often. Well you can add Knouff Lake Wilderness Resort to this same phrase! Just spent most of the week there with my trailer, and it is a beautiful spot! I was a volunteer for the World Fly Fishing Championship, and this is the perfect location! Great little lake for fishing. Staff are awesome, very helpful and polite. Always attentive and courteous. Buildings are very clean and presentable. The Lodge is very welcoming and comfortable. Definitely a place to stay!”

Azouzetta Lake Lodge & Campground
4.4
( 9 reviews )

Mile 125 John Hart Hwy, Fraser-Fort George G, BC V0J 2C0, Canada

“Stayed in suite a. The place was clean, but the walls are super thin. We could hear the next door neighbour snore throughout the night and gasp for air. It was awkward, clearly the fellow has sleep apnea, but did we tell him, no. There was a bolt for the shower handle and cheap toilet paper. I think the main problem is paying 230 a night for a renovated atco trailer.”

Ucluelet Campground
3.8
( 10 reviews )

260 Seaplane Base Rd, Ucluelet, BC V0R 3A0, Canada

“Really great, tidy, conveniently located campground. I’ve been coming here since pre-Covid. Never had a problem getting a space yet, even short notice. The new bathrooms and showers are amazing. They are kept spotless each day. Staff are friendly and courteous, always looking to help where they can. Many sights offer stellar views. Will continue to come each year. Love it here.”

Qualicum First Nation Campground
4.1
( 16 reviews )

5861 Island Hwy W, Qualicum Beach, BC V9K 1Z5, Canada

“Off season it's great! Mostly water sites which is fantastic, but no privacy. Sites have no real separation. Campsite is a little rough... a work in progress. This will be a gem in years to come.”

Cedar Grove Rv Park & Campground
3.9
( 8 reviews )
Close until 03:00 PM

246 Riverbend Rd, Qualicum Beach, BC V9K 2N2, Canada

“The sites may be close together but they're very clean. I appreciated the flush toilets and coin-operated showers, also kept very clean. My friend and I didn't use the arcade but what a great way to keep the kids busy, as well as the playground which kids seem to enjoy very much. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful, and so very accommodating. We went out to a concert 40 minutes away and we were going to be returning just after the gate-shutting time, and someone stayed and waited for us to get back - thank you so much! On the day we were checking in, we were running late and cutting it close to closing time for the office, and someone took the time to phone us to see if we were going to make it. I appreciated that so much. There are some sites that have more privacy than others so if that is important to you I'm sure if you asked you would be guided to the more secluded sites. We were booking 6 nights at the last minute so this campground was very full and we got what we got. As for road noise and kid noise and crow noise and dog noise, I always bring earplugs tent camping and I recommend anyone else sensitive to noise does the same. Since the dishwashing station was pretty small we took the option of doing dishes at camp as usual and dumping grey water in the toilets, as directed. Overall we had a lovely very relaxed time here and found it clean and friendly, and a nice central place to have a little vacation.”

China Creek Campground And Marina
4
( 8 reviews )

2011 Franklin River Rd, Port Alberni, BC V9Y 7X2, Canada

“Great family camp site. If you have a a boat or water sport equipment this place will be a blast. Bring your kids bikes as there is a fun little bike track for the kids. Lots of fun to be had. Great bathrooms. Not a great place for easy access ocean swimming, but great for other water sport such as paddle boards and kayaking.”
