“It was perfect, from the lobby decor that was very well designed and fun! With free apples at the counters and lovely flower bed decor and glass staircase. Very picture friendly :) Professional staff at the counter too. The bedroom was perfect, best nights sleep with their pillows and duvets which we always take note of. Loved the bathroom decor as well with glass window. Beautiful night view of surrounding lit up buildings, loved the atmosphere. We ordered breakfast to the bedroom in the morning (eggs Benedict and pancakes) which were amazing! Location was the best part, close to everything and we watch the hockey game close by so it was very convenient! Loved the pool and the business room that felt very welcoming and prepared.”

“This hotel is beautiful! It has every amenity and the service is amazing. The hotel has gardens and a beautiful walk path along the ocean. We got to see a seal jump and catch a fish. There is a cute restaurant called the Locals for the hotel. We didn't eat there though. The pool was so nice, the water was room temperature. It was not cold but not warm either. The hot tub was nice too. It was a beautiful experience!”

“1. great location, close to the water, just a few minutes can be the popular place; 2. Since I chose a bedroom and a living room unit, it is good for one person to stay; 3. The front desk service is good, I was there earlier. They helped me check in earlier. 4. Easy for parking, even though I wasn't using it. 5. Objectively speaking, the building is old. 6. By the way, I paid more than usual because I booked late. You will get a better price if you book early ☺️”

“This resort is in a prime location and is amazing for families or groups. The rooms are very spacious and offer a washer and dryer for those days after getting soaked on the mountain. The staff is wonderful and if you have kids they have the best pool with a WATERSLIDE which goes super fast. The kids just run up and down for hours laughing and sliding their little hearts out and then they crash which is nice for parents to have a relaxing evening. They normally have a theatre room but it wasn’t open this time. As a family there is also a bbq which is great for a cooking option. And if you do have kids there is an adult only pool, sauna, hot tub and eucalyptus steam room.”

“Everything about this hotel is awesome including the front desk associate Steffi! However, they lack terribly on one aspect; Breakfast. We would be hesitant to book with them in future as it is very mediocre, not the level of a Best Western, let alone a Plus. We stayed here for 3 nights and everyday they were missing common breakfast options. No boiled eggs, there is cream cheese but no bagels, apple juice machine didn’t work, no muffins. Hotels run out of things which is understandable but that wasn’t the case here. On the first day, I spoke with the front desk and requested them to have these things for the remaining days as these are a standard, also requested to speak with the manager as this is a convenience factor when we book a hotel with breakfast. The Manager didn’t care to follow up with us and instead informed his staff to discount our pricing by $10 per person. I am sorry but if price was a factor, we wouldn’t have booked this place. It’s the fact that you are carrying a brand name and adding PLUS to your hotel, but without the standards that it comes with. I hope they’ll consider this as a feedback and improve on it. We’ll certainly consider staying here in future if they can get this one factor improved. We have stayed at other Best Western Plus locations as close as Prince George, their service including Breakfast is top notch, a little bit of collaboration may help here.”

“We had an awesome stay here. The resort could use some upgrades and definitely some signs guiding you where to go. Our suite had a pull out couch and the mattress on it was not great. The bedroom was huge and I loved having the kitchen and balcony. The private beach was beyond spectacular and you could walk out on the sand when the tide was out for days. The beach was filled with sand dollars and oysters. The indoor pool was huge and clean. They have a great deck with tables and fire tables set up. Would’ve been great if they were covered where fire tables were so we could have used that when it was raining and to keep warm. Overall I would definitely go back. Our family loved it. It was a great surprise as we have travelled the island quite a bit.”

Not really worth the money, but given the huge boom on resort type properties in the area there aren't really many other good options either. Ample. It's enough. Not the best value for the money due to greedy rental unit operators and awkward VRBO/AirBnB interactions. Condo size was nice to have and was clean. The location is great. Traffic in Kelowna is brutal. Would probably go back again, but be much more choosy and selective. The kids loved this place. I had issues with the parking. Great proximity to the beach. Decent pool. Well located near expensive food stores in a high priced gasoline province with excessive taxes. Be sure to book yourself a boat ride with Captain Nick at Surf City, it was a highlight of our family vacation.”

“It was a great stay and a good value. Going back and recommending it to everyone. It’s near the village and it’s peaceful and quiet. The cabin is just the right size for a family of three. However, we cannot let our child climb up the ladder because they are not designed for children. It’s complete with everything we need and the couch is comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. It’s a great choice for us around Whistler.”

“Everything about this property is luxury done properly. It is stunning both inside and out. The grounds are so well maintained, private and memorizing. I'm not sure if it's better at night or the day. It's a quick 3 min drive to town, which is so charming and activities for all ages. We checkout your the inflatable water park with the kids and headed back. Our favorite time was walking down to the water after our dinner. Taking a dip in the glacier fed lake and then enjoying the sauna or have a long hot soaker tub. Equally the best was having a fresh brewed cup of coffee on the patio and just taking in all the fresh air, and beautiful scenery. Kitchens are fully equipped, linens are high quality and lots of them. My 11 and 14 worlds favorite part was the Murphy bed and water fountain!! It's all these little touches that are so neat about this place. The staff was beyond accommodating in everyday. From starting the trip to checking out. Easy and stress free. We can't wait to go back!!”
