Entire facility was clean and modern, the rooms were in like new condition and the beds were incredibly comfortable! Breakfast in the morning had a large assortment of choices, all cooked to perfection. Every one of the staff who we encountered were friendly and helpful. “You hear about southern hospitality all of the time but I’ve never truly experienced it like I did for a 1-night stay at Hilton Garden Inn Jonesboro. Upon using the app to book two adjoining rooms, I was having issues. I called the hotel directly and Daniel answered. Not only was Daniel friendly and accommodating, his demeanor was pure and welcoming. My husband (hearing Daniel on speakerphone) was even impressed by how friendly and helpful he was. Once we arrived, Steve was the associate that checked us in and was also very helpful and friendly. It started to feel a bit twilight-zone-ish because we just aren’t used to such high spirits when traveling so far from home. This morning when heading out, there was a girl at the front desk. The woman this morning matched the pleasant service we received the evening before. She asked how our night was and wished us safe travels. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. Sure they could probably use an update here and there but if you aren’t looking for issues, you wouldn’t notice them. I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to have such sweet, enjoyable customer service as we experienced at Hilton Garden Inn Jonesboro. Thank you Daniel, Steve, and the woman this morning for showing us true Southern Hospitality.”

“We stayed here for a hunting trip, and we paid a fee for our dog. Many other people had dogs, which no one would know unless they passed each other. The last day we were at the hotel late enough to enjoy the buffet breakfast. It is a very relaxed environment, quiet and they were remodeling during this time. I will definitely stay at Hampton again. Everyone was friendly during our stay. There is a steakhouse near within walking distance that smelled delicious, but we didn't want to leave the dog alone in the hotel as he had separation anxiety.”

“As soon as I booked the room through Hilton Honors, the price through all the other sites literally dropped $20 below what I just paid. I had checked those same sites before booking. So irritating. I kept waiting for my electronic key as we were coming in late. It never came. Had to go to the front desk and she said oh yes they don't work. Then why advertise it for that specific location? Took the keys up and they didn't work. We back down 3 floors with my arms full of stuff. Clerk said oh yes, it's just sticky and went up to show us the little truck to get in. I was pretty irritated at this point. However, she was as nice as could be and as helpful as she could be. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Beds and linens were comfortable and we all slept well which isn't something I do when traveling. Breakfast that was provided the next morning was really good the first morning. The employee in charge didn't seem like she wanted to be there and wasn't welcoming or helpful. The second morning it was not good. Most things were empty, the biscuits were way over done and there was well over an hour left to go. The person just stood there with trash cans overflowing and didn't refill anything or greet anyone. Most things were empty and several guests left without eating. The area for dining was clean and appealing and comfortable. The other employees we encountered were more than pleasant and courteous and seemed to be really engaged in their jobs. That was refreshing!”

We are traveling across the country right now & have a decent amount of stuff, but there is room and then some for all of it in here! We are also traveling with a service animal and the surrounding area of the hotel is great for dogs. Very pet friendly. 15 or so minutes outside of downtown Little Rock, but has a mall and tons of stores and restaurants within a 2 mile range. If we are ever staying in this area again, we’d pick this hotel!”
