They had let the soap in the shower run too low and there wasn’t enough and the refrigerator worked but didn’t have enough gumption to keep everything cold we had put in it. (It wasn’t completely filled either.) Food was good and staff very friendly.”

“Great hotel & staff. Front desk was patient & accommodating with correcting an error with my reservation & resolved it quickly. ( error was not their’s!). Breakfast was definitely better than expected with a busy, but attentive manager/staff member that made sure everyone had a pleasant experience. My room was clean & well kept. My only disappointment has nothing to do with the hotel, but the downtown location. While I was packing my bags into the car, a small bag was swiped by a homeless guy when my back was turned. I initially saw him loitering on the street corner. Luckily there was nothing irreplaceable or any physical harm. BEWARE of your surroundings & have someone with you to watch for danger. I noticed other homeless in the downtown/riverfront area. Other than that situation, I thought the hotel location was fantastic & would visit again!”

“I have to say this first, all the staff I met are very welcoming , and helpful. They make my stay more enjoyable. They also have arranged it airport shuttle for me. The location of this hotel is very close to the airport. The rooms are okay. I think they are above average. A little bit old for the facility and the furniture in the room. It will be better if they have newer furniture. They do have a indoor pool, but I didn't use it because the bottom of the pool looks a bit dirty. They offer free breakfast option which are not bad. If you want better breakfast. They also offer pay options. They have coffee, hot water and tea in the lobby the whole day I believe.”

“Wonderful hotel with friendly service. Bed, pillows and linens were very comfortable and room was clean. I loved the walk-in shower and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers, although towels were of typical hotel quality. The l-shaped sofa/bed was also very comfortable to sit on and it was nice to have the option of an extra bed, although it wasn't needed. Breakfast was more than a continental breakfast and served hot food that was nicely presented. I will stay again.”
