Buddy and his staff are wonderful people that do a fantastic job running their small business. They quietly also do so much for our community. Food was just perfect, though the way they serve nachos is a bit odd! They have a neat trick, flip a quarter for a burger. At half ¹ you order a burger, when it is time to pay, they will flip a quarter. If you call it correctly, the burger is free!”

Sent back and fried, those were great! Crab cakes were mostly filler, very little crab and burnt. She brought me their side of kimchi but charged a dollar for it, and it's the store bought not homemade. Should've been charged for fried oysters combo with fries, was charged for oysters half shell and fries a la cart. Ordered crab legs, they were decent, over seasoned. In closing, I could've used a lil help with the menu, left a big tip so it's not personal, maybe next visit will be better.”

The front of house staff treated our littles with welcoming arms and made it a comfortable experience for them. I watched as they interacted with other customers, accommodating a space for a gentlemen to stow his cane, while he dined. We didn't have a long wait for food. Which was hot and fresh when it came out. Make sure you save room for dessert!”

The pizzas are always burnt now. I saw a review that asked for THEIR pizza to be extra cooked. Not one person in their right mind likes this. So please 🙏, do not do this to all pizzas. It is nasty. The meat pizza was a bit better, but still burnt. Please please please cook it like you use to. If someone came in and asked politely, tipped well, and sat in there, would that help? Do better.”

“Usually a great experience. Not today. They left out some items and of course couldn’t do a refund and had no solution but to redeliver missing items which was a waste of everyone’s time. I said I would just like a refund and they couldn’t do that because it was an app order. And there is no customer service to call with help for that. I said I’d just call back at a later time to speak to the manager because the person I was talking to didn’t know what was going on so it never crossed my mind they were the manager and she said she was the manager. I about fell out of my chair. Corporate Jimmy John’s needs to do better training or something. Unacceptable.”

I pay for extra sauce and cheese, and that still does not happen, as well as the pizza being half cooked (cheese not melted, dough still raw) (no extra sauce or cheese as paid for). I tip well for the 1.5 mile drive they make and the orders shouldn't be rushed when made, to ensure proper quality. I shouldn't have to re-bake the pizza when I get it. It explains why 10 minutes after I place my order on the app they are already on way to delivery.... not paying attention to their product quality ruins the experience. Makes me wish we had a Dominos in the East End now.”

“It’s a cute dinner style. Not crowded. I had edamane and a steamed dumpling ( I shouldn’t cause gluten). A ginger sauce comes with that. I don’t think I’ll get it again. I’ll try something different. My relative had fried Suishi and veggie hibachi. They said they’ll try something different next time too. Food is a touch sweet. It’s like Asian street vendor food. So if that’s what you’re looking for this has that flavor. We will be back trying new things until we find our favorite thing there.”
