Fish of the day main was nice but the sauce was confusing and the duck with orange was pretty bad. “This has to be the most amazing breakfast that we have ever had in our lives. The range of options from veggie, vegan, halal, and everything imaginable. The service was fantastic and all of the waitresses were complete sweethearts. We had vegan fry, biscoff pancakes, and French toast. Everything was wonderful and the presentation was immaculate. We had to wait for about 15 minutes for a table, but it was more than worth the wait. A must visit spot in London.”

“A real gem in this beautiful town. I had high expectations given the glowing reviews and they did not disappoint. Every course was absolutely delicious. Highlight for me was the aranchinetti. They were fully booked except for an early table at 5.15pm, so make sure you book ahead! We sat upstairs, in a room with wooden beams and Old English traditional decor. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. Food took a fraction longer than expected but it wasn't an issue. Will definitely be returning. (Menus correct as of Aug'23)”

“Have been to both branches (Fossgate and Goodramgate) twice, I would definitely recommend going to Fossgate rather than this branch. First time at this branch, the paella was so undercooked. And the second time, the jamon iberico was SOOOO badly cut and the portion of it was so much tinier than the other branch. And the calamari was soggy and not fresh at all.. and so much more…Where’s the quality control? Will never come back to this branch again, it’s very disappointing for a Spanish food lover, no wonder the other branch is always fully booked. Service was ok tho!”

“As soon as you walk in there is a lovely atmosphere, the resteraunt itself has a lovely feel to it and the lovely smells instantly hit you. The tables aren't too close together so you don't feel packed in. The staff are great, really attentive and friendly. The food is brilliant, presented beautifully and so tasty. I can't find a fault with the place, cocktails on offer as well 4 for 25 quid and they were lovely. Would definitely recommend. The prices are pretty standard, not too steep, the two of us had cocktails starters and mains and it came in at around £80. We will be going back.”

“I have eaten in this fabulous restaurant a number of times but this is the first time ordering takeaway and what a fabulous decision. Food arrived piping hot and the dishes were full of flavour and fabulous. Not only that but I ordered 2 mains, 1 rice and 1 nan but was also given poppadoms with sauces, 4 side dishes and an extra nan for no charge. A veritable banquet of tasty food. Without a doubt, this is the best Indian in the region by miles. Friends came up from London to visit last time and were blown away by how good the food was...unbeatable!!”

We both had a pizza for our main, really tasty, full of flavour and you can tell the chefs love to cook, it shows through the quality of the food. If we are in Frome again we will definitely re visit as their pasta dishes loved devine and we want to try so many more things. It’s a lovely restaurant for all ages and all occasions.”

Meatballs were also delicious, tender and slightly pink in the middle, and perfectly seasoned. Padron Peppers were always good, and refreshingly light. The only slight disappointment was the octopus. “First time Dining here we set up a secret meal to celebrate our mums 53rd birthday here the place was spectacular very spacious great decor inside rustic feel with very nice touches wine racks and great detailed sealings and wall art and outside small touches like what can only be described as glitter in the bricks so as the cars pull out of the car park they sparkle a spacious smoking area also. We ordered a mixed range of starters from octopus to prawns to goats cheese and calamari the thing that stood out to me the most was the prawns in tomato based sauce great flaivour in the prawns but also in the sauce big big compliments to the chef I know it's a basic thing but once this is done properly and right ingredients come together it's spectacular. Moving on to the mains for me I always order Lamb as this is my way of telling a great restaurant from a exceptional restaurant again did not disappoint the lamb was fresh well seasoned and juicy great shish and lamb chop but star of the meal for me was the kofta such great taste of fresh lamb little bit of char colour and herbs in the mix was OUTSTANDING can't praise the quality of the lamb enough welldone to the chef and owner for selecting such great meat The others also had mixed grill and creamy chicken I tryed the creamy chicken tasted great presentation was very unique and even down to the mushrooms the earthy fresh flaivour was mouth watering . Was time for desert we was quite full but we ordered anyways to share apple pie and creme brulee Great flaivour in the apple pie with big chuncks of apple inside nice aromatic spices used inside For me creme brulee was the one it's such a simple desert but once you have a really nice one you will always compare to the mediocre ones . In conclusion great first experience set the bar high and will definitely come back again Superb atmosphere and ambiance with very professional and friendly staff . A place for me to say to everyone please try it and support a great establishment that is well put together along with superb food you will not be disappointed in coming here .
