“Platzki is a restaurant worth recommending. Authentic Polish food. I was surprised how many flavours of vodka they offer. My favourite two were Pistachio and Hazelnut. The kitchen closes at 9pm so I would recommend to arrive before 8:30pm. They only offer desserts after 9pm.”

“Or room was much bigger than we expected and was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfast was the best I've had in any BnB and my poached eggs were cooked to perfection every time!. The pub has a good menu of pub classics to enjoy. “Having driven past so many times decided to just pop in at the busiest time possible 7pm on a Friday no booking. The staff were amazing, and didn’t make us feel unwelcome and asked if it was ok to wait 30 minutes. Drinks were served and we were able to look at the amazing Christmas decorations which were really really special. The menu is incredible, choice is huge the poor chefs!!! We were shown to our table promptly and the whole restaurant atmosphere because of the amazing staff was homely. “Had family lunch here today - and couldn’t be happier. We booked a late table, and with the kitchen closing at 4 we were still ordering dishes at 4pm. But they kindly kept the kitchen open to prepare them for us, with no complaints. Very friendly, professional and helpful staff, with timely arrival of food. We ate a LOT! And they were always happy to bring us more. The Menu isn’t huge, which I felt was good. The quality of everything we ate was 10/10. And I felt good value at £29.95 a head for as much as you want. And the restaurant has a nice feel. Do visit - places like this need our support in these difficult times. We’ll definitely be back”
