“The hotel was lovely. The rooms, clean and fresh looking. Unfortunately, we had a really awful smell emanating from the bathroom drain, but with the window open and a squish of perfume, it was manageable. The staff were very helpful, friendly and kind, even thoughthey were rushed off their feet with a very busy wedding. Overall, a very good place to lay your head.”

“Absolutely amazing place....I stayed in a pod while -9 outside, had no idea as it was so warm in the pod. Excellent staff and surroundings. I will definitely be returning. The food is 1st class. A very quiet location. The WiFi isn't great but that is the only downside I found to the whole place.”

“We visited twice on our recent holiday. We were staying at Otters edge campsite so it was an easy walk there and back. The first time we popped in for an afternoon drink with our dog. The welcome was great and the dog was fussed! We only had drinks but due to the fabulous welcome we went back for food. On the second occasion we had two dinners (again dog in tow). All the staff were lovely and the food was scrumptious. The pizza was clearly made in the kitchen, generous toppings and tasted fabulous. The pie, again homemade, was full of meat that had been cooked perfectly. All the facilities were clean, all the staff welcoming and there was a relaxed vibe. Thank you to all at the hotel”
