“Who doesn't like chocolates 😋, It's a nice store to buy Choclates at discounted prices, especially truffles, we bought 150 assorted truffles just for $55, and the staff was really good and helpful. Overall experience was wonderful. Recommend all chocolate lovers to go and have a look. I am deducting just 1 star because I found chocolate bars were more expensive than normal stores like Shoppers Drug, walmart, Superstore, etc. When I am visiting brand's outlet then expect some discount or atleast same price like other stores not expensive.”

I’m a happy camper. Parking available in the back of the store upstairs via Ridgeway or in the front via Austin on the ground level. A bit pricier than others locally but understandably they have to make up for the new build I suppose.”

Went to restock and because apparently I ran into friends in the parking lot then came in to make my purchase but they wanted the ids of all the people that I did not arrive with and literally drove off… I was supposed to call them to come back to the parking lot where they had just gotten groceries?? “The store was clean and nicely organized but I needed assistance at the self check out and watched Devon, the self checkout attendant click away my help notification on her portable device and continue to text on her personal pink iPhone, while I stood there waiting to pay. She spent enough time on her phone I considered walking away from my purchase because I could not go any further without her help, but there was no way to cancel my transaction. There was also two attendants at the customer service desk who stood there chatting about London Drugs shorting their hours and their second remote jobs, customer free, while Devon texted and I continued to wait.”

The lady at the counter was quite unhappy and told me "You see the cashier there? They are just standing around you could have gone there instead." I explained to her that I did not know they could do the cylinder exchange, because other stores require me to do it at customer service department. She still rang me through but also mumbled "Yup, just doing everyone's job." while scanning my items. Maybe you are having a rough day, but that doesn't mean you can give your customers attitude.”
