“Outstanding. My general rule is if I do not understand the menu items, I do not eat at the restaurant. This place is one of the few exceptions. It was chosen by my friend at the recommendation of a local. The menu is unique and contains many flavor profiles and items that I have never experienced. We trusted the chef and went with the sharing menu. The chef is a real artist who put together robust flavors of seemingly strange or unknown ingredients that really complemented each other. Dont overthink it. Have a little faith and try these unique creations. This is New York, LA, Vegas, Paris quality food in Glasgow. Plenty of food and reasonably priced.”

“Booked our table online the day before ( no issues). The restaurant was very clean and staff were so friendly. The food came out relatively quickly especially as it was Saturday dinner time ! Our table had the macaroni cheese, funghi pizza,.some sides and a risotto. All of which was delicious. So fresh and hot ! Cocktails are so cheap (£7) which is a great deal if you like that ! Will definitely return”

“Great restaurant and I'm a local so been a few times and food, cocktails, wine are always great. Also great for coffee and brunch during the day and very kid friendly. Only suggestion is there could be more vegetarian choice as I think I only saw one. I'm not a veggie but just thinking if I was taking someone who was they wouldn't have much choice. Mind you my friend asked for mac and cheese off the lunch menu and they were very accommodating. And also the cauliflower starter is immense 😋”

“What wonderful staff this restaurant has. When I ordered prosecco they asked what the occasion was and I mentioned that it was my birthday. When our dessert arrived they'd turned mine into a little birthday celebration complete with music. This was totally unsolicited and a wonderful gesture! The maitre d' also noticed my daughter struggling to open the hand wipe after dealing with a langoustine and came straight over to help her, again without being asked. This was all absolutely 5 star service! The food itself was delicious, the lamb special I had was sublime and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed her seafood pasta. I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough!”

“Decided last minute to tell my mum and dad that they had to pay an extra £70 to get into the restaurant on the 31st on top of their wedding anniversary meal because they didn't have a ticket for their 6:30 meal booking. Disgusting. I hope you had a lot more people cancelling that night. The Ashton lane party didnt start till 7 their meal was booked for 6:30. They had no intention of going to the street party yet told they would have to pay £35 a head. What's up with you people?”

“The food was fantastic! Can't fault any of the dishes we had. Our server had a great sense of humour and was attentive just the right amount, considering how busy it was. One of the servers accidentally spilled food towards one of my friends which then spilled onto her clothes a little. She seemed quite new, still learning. She apologised but could have tried to help clean up or replace the food that fell on the floor. Our table was situated right beside the food hatch and toilets so people were passing constantly. Not the best if you want a quiet, intimate evening. Regardless of this, we had a lovely time and would highly recommend the sea bass and carbonara!”
