“Great tire shop. I have been there 3-4 times for new wheels and tires and a TPMS light issue. They are always friendly and helpful. They get busy but they have a lot of staff. Easy online appointments. They text you a link that allows you to track the status of the work and they text you when the work is complete. There was an issue with a repair done and they refunded the cost without my even asking. Very impressed.”

“Had two experiences with them, brought in my trailer tires and they put on the incorrect tires, March 7th, 2023. Just now posting this, they hit my gas tank when jacking up my truck. For context, my gas tank was repaired and not leaking when left with Discount Tires. I won't recommend this location to anyone. Attached is the photo where their lift jack extended to where it hit my epoxy repair us. You can see the recent marks on the frame from their lifts. I'm still waiting on a new gas tank due to backorder, but this experience was such and inconvenience!”

“Discount Tire was my go to tire/wheel store for many years. Sadly just had a negative experience regarding a repair of one of thier tires. The tire is on my summer car and developed a leak. I was getting ready to store the car until spring and did not want the problem of having a totally flat tire as the car would be stored in a very narrow area with insufficient room to change a tire in the spring. I made an appt. at DT and explained that I just wanted the leak fixed so I could store the car safely for the season. The DT rep took the tire off and said that it had uneven wear and they could not repair it, but they could order a new tire and have it in a few days and it would be $300 something dollars. Hmmmm? I felt like I was getting hustled so I left and went to another shop and it was repaired it without issue. Maybe DT is too busy to care about customer retention? Image of tire below, while not perfect, IMO it is certainly not beyond repair. TL;DR Discount Tire did not honor repair warranty and tried to sell new tire to long time customer”

I went in for a routine tire rotation and asked them to look at my drivers side/front tire, on random occasion I had a low tire indicator and had to put air in that tire. After rotating and checking my tires they found a screw in my tire. Fixed it at no charge, and had me in & out in less than 30 minutes. With a great experience and smile on my face. “Not great. Service shop didn't take me seriously. They dilly-dallied until I pressured them. I had a flat tire and even though my car was under warranty, they didn't even offer to put the wheel on. I had to do it myself in the driveway! Only thing that saved the whole thing was that I got an old loaner car so at least I could go to work.”

“Iv bought some odds and ends from them over the years. Tuner, exhaust, ignition etc. always had the parts in a timely manner. Just the way a business should be, nothing spectacular about them until recently. I bought a new step up seat for my sportster to replace my old saddlemen. Went with a drag predator 3. Had it in two days, The pan ended up ripping on the first ride even after following the instructions. Contacted drag and they sent me back to the dealer. Dennis Kirk responded within an hour of the email I sent and let me know the warranty department would return my email within a day or so. Less than a hour later I was offered a refund or replacement. They let me have another seat since I didn’t want to try the drag again they even price matched the difference after I offered to pay the difference anyway. Had the new lepera seat in two days and it fits much better and is much better quality. I’ll be coming here before anywhere else from now on. Thanks for the stellar business practices.”
