“I attached images of the small dog park. There is nowhere to run or play ball because it is overgrown with weeds. It is so thick in there that I couldn't find my dog and I heard a strange sound from the middle of the forest. My puppy had found a bird and was eating it and I couldn't get to her because it was so thick I had to wait for her to finish the bird... It's a nice idea to have a small dog park for little dogs to not get injured and plowed over in the big park which was what was happening. But if it's not going to be cared for or have areas to walk with your dog except for the concrete strip in the middle, it's almost like a waste of space. Space that could be very valuable and helpful for people who want to exercise their dogs and may not have their own yard. Please help keep this area nice and not overgrown with thorny plants and invasive species. Whoever has the power to keep this area useful to the community. Please do that! Also, I have lost three chuckit balls and one tennis ball because it is impossible to find the ball for the dog. Once I throw it in it lands and the big brush.”

“Great staff. Speak to you clearly and like a normal person. Make sure you understand what they are telling you. We felt prices were very affordable for the level of service we received. (Yeah yeah, money shouldn't be a factor, but it is.) The facility is amazing. First vet I've ever been to that had the dog scale sunken into the floor, so it's not a platform for my dogs to balance on. Seems so trivial, but I thought it was incredible. I'm probably easily amused.”

“Just transferred my two cats here as we adopted a new rescue pup. Old vet was just too far out of the city and was becoming more difficult to get timely appointments. So far we’ve had our puppy in with both Dr. Covi and Dr. Lloyd for a routine exam, vaccines and a separate hernia check. Older kitty was also seen by Dr. Lloyd for an ear injury and basic geriatric feline needs. They were accommodating in allowing us to bring both pets in at the same time when more urgent care was needed. Both experiences were very pleasant and both vets took time to answer all of our questions in detail. They were clear about pricing and didn’t try to upsell us on unnecessary procedures treatments, but were honest about possibilities. The staff and vet techs we’ve connected with thus far have been knowledgeable, patient and affectionate with our fur babies. The environment is clean, calm and professional. The PetDesk phone app is handy for making requests and updating records as well. Grateful to have found a trustworthy, downtown vet hospital, five minutes from home! Final puppy series vax is coming up and then it’s on to getting kitty #2 updated. Looking forward to more positive experiences here! Edit 2.3.22- had a post emergency eye check, follow up vaccines and heartworm for puppers and geriatric blood work done on female kitty to ensure her meds won’t interact harshly with her low grade kidney failure. Everything went well and we are extremely confident that the veterinary care at VetPartners is going to be a part of our family’s healthcare for as long as we are in Mpls.”

“We stopped bringing our dog here for two main reasons. The staff doesn’t engage with the dogs whatsoever. We gathered this because they have puppy cams. They don’t encourage the dogs to play. The staff walks around the dogs like Zombies As if they dislike their jobs. Our dog would also come home smelling so badly. We bring her to another daycare close by and it’s a world of difference. The staff at the other daycare are attentive , play with the dogs, have an outdoor area(even in winter). They genuinely show interest and get excited to see your pet. Sometimes if the dogs have played and have the dog smell they will wipe the dogs for you before releasing them back to you. I’d maybe advise a bit of training to staff at Adogo because this day care is sub par.”

“this place is breed prejudiced. the "vet" wouldn't even enter our room until I put a muzzle on my 10-year-old Rottweiler who's never bitten anybody her entire life. because when the vet tech walked in the room initially she showed fear so my dog barked at her out of fear. You would think that somebody that works with animals all day everyday would know not to show fear. they also told me to let my dog rest for 4 to 6 weeks and then recheck her, when that isn't what would have been the best practice for her. If there was a negative star option I would have chosen it. I also understand there are bad dogs and vets put their lives at risk and everyday with the chance of being bitten but that's part of their career choice hazards and if you can't listen to a pet owners words and guarantees maybe you're in the wrong industry I was in tears having to put a muzzle on my pet shame on you! to find out she's got bone cancer.”

“This is a very special place. We very suddenly lost our cat Franklin — who has been a regular patient here along with our other cats for a few years — one morning about a month ago. We had no idea what happened, and when we brought his body in they offered a free autopsy to figure out what happened. All the staff were so kind, thoughtful, and warm. They know our cats well, and the peace of mind that they gave us with the autopsy (he had feline hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, which is an essentially undetectable heart condition in which there is abnormal thickening of one chamber of the heart, accompanied in Frankie's case with fluid in the lungs) and the assurances they provided that there was nothing we could have done, no way we could have known, were absolutely essential to our grieving and healing process. I don't think it would have occurred to us to request an autopsy ourselves, and I truly cannot emphasize how much closure it provided. The care they provide to our cats in all areas of their lives is just extraordinary. These are true animal people, and I actually enjoy bringing the cats to the vet because they are recognized and loved so well by the people there. Thank you for everything that you do.”
