“Roxy’s is simply wonderful. It is so great to be able to make a reservation for a seat and it’s often no more than 20$. The room where the show takes place is perfect for the unbelievable show you get to see! The sound and lighting are perfect. Drinks are great, and while food isn’t the main feature, the classic diner menu offers something for everyone. I’ve been watching Nina and Monica and Maxi since I was 18 and am now 40. To honor Roxy with this space had me SOBBING in the beginning of the show as a short video plays to make full mention of the dream that was had to build this, the inspiration who is Roxy, and the transition from a Hibachi grill to a cabaret venue. You will love this show so much. Upstairs, there is a beautiful rooftop area with an outside patio as well as an indoor dance/game (ski ball) area. The upstairs bar is also great! “This venue is sweet! Newer, very clean, easy to park, overall design for concessions, merchandise and bathrooms was excellent. Saw Gojira, Mastodon & Lorna Shore - all phenomenal.. all sight lines great if everyone is sitting or standing - fan area is pitched. Huge screen behind the bands was high quality. Side stage screens were a bit on the small side (compared to other venues) and it would be great if camera personnel could shoot footage with better lighting so fans can see more detail. Amazing venue to see a show!!”

I wish there were more trees for shade and it would be nice if the picnic tables had umbrellas. It would also have been nice if they had done a shuttle for the event as parking was very limited and would be great if they installed an actual restroom instead of having porta potties.”

“We have been to a few shows at the Barn Theatre. It is a small theatre, but they have high quality performances. We have enjoyed it every time. The place is clean and seats are comfortable. There is not a bad seat in the house. Ticket prices are properly priced based on the show you get to see. The Barn Theatre helps get children into theatre by doing a free summer program. Our son really enjoys it. We would highly recommend this theatre.”

“I don't care what anyone says. I love this place. When I come to Minnesota to visit my daughter we come here to see a movie. I always tell her I really like this place because it has a old school movie theater feel to it. Not like the new ones that you have to get a pizza or one giant soda from soda machine with a bazillion different coke flavors. The atmosphere gives me a nostalgia feeling of being a kid again. The lady that took care of us was amazing and though my daughter is only 6 she wanted to see the Megan movie. I told her it's too creepy and the lady really helped me out on that one. I will keep coming back as long as they are still open.”
