“I normally don’t complete these requests, however Lakes Floral went above and beyond for myself and 8 of my neighbors recently. So, I feel the need to share our experience. One of our neighbors was taken to the hospital and had an extensive emergency surgery. She was in ICU after surgery. Then scheduled to be moved to Room 349 the next day. Nine of us neighbors went together to send her a floral bouquet from Lakes Floral. We were told that they would deliver it the following day. When the delivery arrived at the hospital, the driver was told the recipient was still in ICU and they couldn’t accept the flowers. Lakes Floral contacted me and said I should let them know once our friend was actually moved to her regular hospital room and they would go back with the bouquet for her. Sadly, several days went by and she was never moved out of ICU, only because there were no available open rooms. Finally, after one week in ICU she was discharged. When I called Lakes Floral to let them know she was home. They offered to deliver a new fresh bouquet to her home at no extra charge. I am attaching a photo of the original bouquet as well as the replacement bouquet. They are both equally beautiful. Thank you to Lakes Floral for going the extra mile.”

“Very big Target. We’ve never been here. We usually never have problems with the tech team but man! We were better going off to Walmart. Their tech team is so rude! Instead of trying to help us find something for our tv and game system, he just directed us on where to go. Watched a lady come up and asked for help, he also directed her instead of just showing her. Mind you, they weren’t busy. He just stood there and stared back at me while playing with a ball! My brother even purchased a screen from there and had a regular target employee help us. Just put a regular team member there. No point of having a tech team if they just stand there and act like they’re too good to help. Gave it a 2 star because the actual target team member was very nice.”

“Target is no longer a viable retailer option for me. 6 weeks ago I stood in front of an employee waiting to buy batteries in the electronics dept while patiently waiting while they helped someone on the phone who ironically wasn’t trying to buy anything. It took me 40 minutes to buy batteries at Target. Recently I tried calling to see if a product I wanted was in stock. The website said it was. No one ever answered the phone to confirm. I purchased the item online for in store pick up to find out 2 hours they didn’t have it. I switched pick up to Blaine. That took 3 hours to confirm. I’m not spending another penny on a company that can’t be bothered to pick up a phone and talk to people that want to spend money with them. Yeah. I’m done. I don’t care if they’re a local company.”

Never mind that it's kinda on the brink of the middle of nowhere... they've got all the things you've come to love about Target at this here location: you can get snacks, some neat clothes, there's even a well hidden auto section built into the home goods area (unfortunately they removed the automotive sign, so it's kinda hard to find). Toys have been on clearance for the lady month or so. Be sure to check all the store end caps for special deals.”

“I had an excellent experience at the Kohls store in Plymouth MN. Staff asked if they could help me with getting my online pickup order as I am sure I looked like I did not know what to do, which was true. They were all so kind and helpful. My breakables were wrapped well and they were so helpful and knowledgeable when answering my questions. Manager acknowledged and thanked her staff which was refreshing as you do not see that much these days where ever you go. Hope you get a chance to visit this store”

“I used to like going to Target but this store has taken a nose-dive lately and now I try to go elsewhere. The shelves are rarely stocked so if I need something specific, I either go to the Lino Target with the expectation that it may not be there or go to the Blaine Target and actually find it. Stocking has been bad since 2013 but ever since Covid now there are shelves that are completely empty. I’ve gone there once for garlic bread and every single choice of garlic bread was bare. There was also one time where the self-checkout lanes were closed and only 2 employees working the checkout lanes with about 8 carts deep. I dropped what I was going to buy and left. I didn’t have the time to wait. The dollar area sucks, too. If I wanted to go to a cheap dollar store then I would. The clothing quality sucks now, too. I used to be able to buy thick leggings with pockets now the leggings are thin and show everything. Please do better. I want my Target again. Guess I’m going elsewhere unless this changes.”

“2 stars because this target’s pick up has become so SLOW! I’m talking like waiting between 20-45 min. It’s ridiculous. I choose target pick up because I work all day then pick my son up from daycare - it used to just make life easier to do Target pick up but you are better off going into the store and shopping. It will be quicker. I don’t like leaving bad reviews and be THAT person especially since this is the number 1 target and store I shop at but they need to get it together. It seems like there is a big disconnect with their processes. I’ve always gotten exceptional customer service at this store so that isn’t apart of this review but the pick up processes need to be worked on. There has been two times now I left the pick up and tried coming back later. There has also been times where I just parked and decided to manually pick up my order. My review is based on the fact that this incredibly slow service has happened not once, not twice but like 10 times. Tonight it’s been updated from 2 stars to 1. Please have your drive up process be efficient again.”

“The redesign came with some really unnecessary illogical changes including these 39 handicap parking spots that are never utilized making it so everyone has to park 200 feet away from the doors. Unfortunately this seems to be the new design for all targets so I can’t completely condemn this location in particular. The store itself is fine some of the workers are slightly Rude.”

This location recently changed their self-service check out to 10 or less items...forcing everyone else with 11 items or more to a traditional check out lane. I do not know about you but I never leave Target with 10 items or less! This change would be manageable if they staffed the traditional check out lanes appropriately, but they do not...causing the check out process to be 5x what it could be if I was able to use the self-service check out area. It was never any issue prior to this change...not sure the rationale for the decision by Target...but I am not a fan.”

“I believe this location is a hidden gem. I know it serves a big area but it was very calm when I visited. Saturday evening and it was easy shopping. This place looked like an outlet the way the product was stacked and overflowing on the shelves. As a customer you love to see it but I know it has to be a pain to the staff. I wouldn't mind doing my shopping here on a regular basis if this is the norm. It's not the biggest location but big enough to enjoy and get what you need. I will take a location that's this size if the shelves are going to be packed to the brim like they are at this location. Parking was easy, a bit of a maze to get in and out but nothing crazy. I'll be back for sure.”
