“Bad experience from the start room smelling like mildew . Room was changed then the hallway no lighting and small bed 2 small pillow not even standard. You could hop right out of the bed into the bathroom no toilet brush and only 2 thin towels no wash cloth no face towels .. early in the morning couldn’t even sleep hammering and scratching the walls getting it ready to paint .. breakfast no lies about an hour for two fried eggs and ham.. all inclusive falls advertising you ask for a soda only a cup if you want can you have to pay.. on a meal one one portion a day like breakfast lunch and dinner .. dinner if you order rice bean and pork chop and you want extra platains you have to pay extra . That’s not all inclusive .. the good drinks you pay .. not wheelchair facilities.. very disappointed I wouldn’t recommend it to no one. I wouldn’t return even if it’s free .. save your money and enjoy it in a better location..”

“While the physical space of the generous apartment (2 bedrooms and two bathrooms) and the location are excellent, the hotel is in poor repair. The elevator closest to us was out, so we have to go up and down a challenging flight of stairs. The washer dryer, dishwasher, and stove are all “under repair.” Seems like a lovely property that needs better management or a little investment.”

“A very expensive bad decision on our part. From the moment of arrival to departure, this hotel is thumbs down and for all of the extras paid for but not received, this would be by far my least fave experience. The city is breathtaking but do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. I am a frequent traveler and do not mind paying for great service and accommodations. This place offered neither with ridiculous prices:(”

“My husband and I stayed at Casa Wilson Inn for 5 days for celebrating his birthday. We loved the hotel location because it was in a quiet residential area and walking distance to La Placita, Candado beach, plenty restaurants, CVS, Walgreens and grocery store. We used Uber to go to Viejo San Juan, a different beach to swim and shopping mall. The Hotel served a selected breakfast option with a bowl of fruit every morning and variety of juice or coffee. By the way the coffee was delicious! The staff were very helpful. Carla and Jesus provided excellent customer service, they made us feel very welcome as a guest. Thank you for such great hospitality 🤩 👍🫶🏽”
