“My experience with Caguas Expressway Motors has been nothing short of a nightmare. I have been in contact with two different individuals from Caguas Expressway and both have proven to be zero help. Instead of assistance, I faced hostility, aggression and sarcasm. These two individuals are Stephanie Irizarry and Joan. Earlier this year on February 16, 2023 my Bronco was dropped off for service. I was told the part necessary was $400 and it would take a couple weeks to order and delivery. Upon delivery, the service department realized it was the wrong item and that the necessary item to properly fix what needed fixing would cost over $1,000. This was the first warning of incompetence from the service department. After my frustration, my Bronco was taken out of the service department on March 21, 2023, 33 days later, without the part I initially dropped it off for. Allegedly, an oil change and tune up was done to my vehicle, but I can’t verify that because I haven’t been given a itemized bill, which I have requested from both Joan and Stephanie. Fast forward to now, my Bronco was dropped off for a repair on October 4, 2023. The correct item was ordered and replaced, but suddenly a water pump is now required to make a proper fix, so that is the apparent holdup. I only found this out after multiple weeks passed with no word on my car’s status, which prompted my first call on November 1st. It’s about to be 2 months and my car remains hostage in their clutches. No one has bothered to reach out to me and they actively ignore my phone calls and text messages. Unprofessional, disrespectful and lacking work ethic. If you value your sanity and your vehicle, AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS. UPDATE: You can see that they replied to my negative review saying they've been trying to contact me. This is absolutely false! I have zero missed calls, zero text messages, zero emails and zero notifications from Caguas Expressway Motors! I'm still waiting for my request: an itemized invoice receipt for services provided to my Bronco back in February 2023. The most pathetic Ford dealership ever! This dealership is committed to making pretend or acting like they provide all their clients with the best service, but they actually don't. They're all talk, zero action!!!”
